Brisas 14 is a two bedroom, two bath condo located right next to Manny's Beach Club in the Mirador area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, the second bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and utensils. The Living room is comfortably furnished and has a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez. I went with a few buddies to celebrate a birthday. Could not ask for a better place. Being right on the beach was a dream. Comfortably sleeps up to 6. Also close to some local nightclubs, just a block or two away. Quick drive to the old port for some delicious seafood. I really cannot think of a better deal for the price. Thanks Joyce

This condo is so charming, incredibly clean and comfortable and right on the beach!! The pictures do not lie; the patio is directly on the beach, and only a few short steps away to the waves. We spent hours on this deck, admiring the beauty of nature all around us. We were in awe of the grace of the pelicans in flight, we saw many pods of dolphins, heard the sea lions and even saw three whales - all while we were lounging on the peaceful patio!
Everything you need is in this home - full size fridge, stove and oven, all the dishes you could want, super comfortable beds, couches and chairs and the best hot showers on a cool day! Internet was fast, and the satellite TV had many channels to choose from.
We had an unexpected rain storm that caused a bit of a drainage problem in the atrium, however Gustavo (the exceptional maintenance man) and Joyce took care of every detail professionally and efficiently. Their main concern was our comfort and enjoyment of the property.
The area was very quiet and calm, as we were there from Jan 24 to Jan 31 2013, which is off season. However, we loved the peace and quiet, and having the entire beach to ourselves many times. We caught such gorgeous sunsets, in such a romantic setting. Plus, the Malecon with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shopping was just a short distance away. Truly this condo is perfectly situated.
We highly recommend this property. All communication with Joyce was friendly and easy, the directions were "spot on" and picking up the keys was a breeze. We plan on returning next winter to enjoy this great condo in the perfect location, and also all the amazing restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing and the very friendly locals and expats. All in all it was a no-hassle, nature filled wonderful holiday experience that we do plan on repeating.
Thank you Joyce for an unforgettable vacation! You will definitely see us again!

I found this rental on trip advisor, took a chance based on reviews and was not disappointed in the least! Right on beach, fabulous unit, cable tv, internet. I was there in august so it was really quiet, I went for some R&R; and found this place to be everything I wanted. Great owner, everything was what I expected, look forward to returning again soon!

Great relaxing place to stay. Easy access to all tourist intrests. Condo is clean and comfortable and you only need your food. We would not hesitate to go back again which we are planning to do.

This place was an absolute delight! We were supposed to have a group of 4 going, but it ended up being just my husband and I. Let me say that when we walked in the door we couldn't believe how big it was! It was certainly big enough for 4-6 people, but for the two of us it was huge! Lol We loved it and will most definitely be going back, especially since my friends are bummed they couldn't go!
The place was clean! Which is always a plus for me! I am a super clean person and if it wasn't clean, oh I'd be upset! Lol It comes equipped with everything you need to stay. Of course you do need to bring your own water to drink, but that is kind of how it is there!
There is a cute patio and a charcoal grill and a great mosaic table. We spent a lot of time on this patio; reading, doing yoga, meditating, eating, grilling, drinking, dancing, etc! It was so amazing to have the ocean right at our fingertips! We even saw dolphins twice! :D
The beds were super comfortable and the rooms had cute charm! Even though we slept in the master, I loved to read and take naps in the library/second bedroom! So cute, so comfy and just a neat room in general! I would perhaps recommend to bring some hangers if you are bringing lots of clothes as there weren't any shelves or anywhere to put your clothes really. This didn't bother us at all, but thought I would throw it in there!
There are books and dvds and movies and a tv and dvd player, etc. We brought our own, but nice to know they are there if say, you just had to watch or read something! Lol
This would be a great place for anybody looking to relax. If you are looking for a night life, or people or things to do other than lounge around, this might not be the place for you. Not because of the house, but because the city is definitely empty. I'd recommend a different beach if that is what you are looking for. We typically go to San Diego, but this was a nice change of pace, not to mention a nice change of price! :D
I wanted to add that if you have children, make sure to watch them as there are three dogs that live within the condo area at the far end. They are super friendly and I was a bit scared at first when they showed up only because I didn't know if they had shots, fleas, would bite etc. They showed up on our patio every day, laid on my yoga mat, and just followed us around in general. By the second day they were totally cool and there were no fears. I just want to mention it because they are quite big and if your kids were running around and they were jumped on, they could easily get knocked over! Of course, in typical me fashion, I was sad to have to leave them! Lol
Joyce was a pleasure to work with and reminded me a lot of my own mom, which I say as a compliment! :D Friendly, kind, careful and wanting to make sure you had the best experience ever! She is also an accomplished painter! It was so neat to see all of her paintings throughout the house! My husband and I both are art majors so we definitely saw the true talent she has! Looking forward to going back next year with our friends!
To sum it up, it was fantastic! We loved the location, we loved the grill, we loved having a garage, we loved Joyce, we loved the beds, the bathrooms, the patio (even despite the dogs), we loved the -

I love traveling to Mexico and this condo is the perfect place to stay when vacationing in Puerto Panasco. I have stayed at this condo several times and it always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. It provides just the right amount of Mexican culture and activities close by and yet you are still able to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the sea. I also love that is has an attached garage in which I can park my SUV and keep my mountain bike secure.
