Description

2bd 2ba unit located on the ground floor at the end of the ocean front building with an extend patio, this condo is the best spot in the complex. Sitting on the patio you hear only ocean waves... Nothing better than that! Master bedroom has a king bed and on-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a double lounge sofa, flat screen tv with blu ray & ipod4 dock. Kitchen has oven, dishwasher, blender, and everything you need. Laundry room has a washer & dryer. Patio has table & chairs for 4 , as well as 2 lounge chairs to watch the ocean by day, stars by night. The Princesa condos have 3 swimming pools, jacuzzi, workout room, on site restaurant, bbq grills, a guard gate, and 24 hour on site security. Please note the maximum occupancy is 4 adults.

How do damage deposits work?

If Odessa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
