Las Palomas is the premier resort destination in Puerto Peñasco. As owners we can offer you the lowest rates while still giving you full access to all resort amenities. There are no separate cleaning or bracelet fees - unlike other resorts in Rocky Point, the rate we quote is all you will pay.
RENTERS BEWARE: Our rates are the lowest authorized rates for a 3 bedroom. If you see lower rates you are most likely renting illegally. Illegal renters have to charge you separately for cleaning and bracelets and will ask you to lie about how you rented. Las Palomas is on Sandy Beach, just West of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Sonora, Mexico. Our condo is in Phase I, which has a wider pool area (sunnier) with a water slide and we think a better beach.

We had a great time at Las Palomas. Mike and Simone could not have been nicer in contacting us before our stay and even during our stay when we had a question. The condo is exactly as pictured. I loved having bunk beds so my older kids didn't have to share a bed. The resort is beautiful. We had a a few things that needed attention--Mike was great at contacting the resort about it. I would definitely go back. Make sure you bring a laptop to plug into the ethernet service---wireless isn't available in the room yet---but ask Mike --he said he might consider offering it. The Lobby does have free wireless. The best part of renting this condo is knowing the owners care about your experience. I appreciate that, and know you'll be treated well. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of some problems the owner wasn't aware of--but said he took care of after our stay.

Thank you Stephanie! We're sorry that the dryer wasn't venting and the dishwasher didn't turn on. We emailed Las Palomas and they have replaced the vent and fixed everything else. We hope to go down there soon and will double check that all is well. Again, thank you for the comments!

My family and I rented this three bedroom property and it was so wonderful... beautiful decor, everything we needed, amazing terrace, wonderful views, pools everywhere for the kids, great beaches. Mike and Simone were great and communicated with us perfectly. Thanks for the amazing stay...we will definetely be back!!!

Mike, thank you so much for the great stay at Las Palomas! My kids and i had an amazing time at your condo. It was beautiful, spacious, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed (appliances, washer and dryer, large fridge and marbled bathrooms) and everything we wanted - including an amazing view of the beach!
The check in process was quick and easy, which allowed for us to be on the beach, enjoying the ocean's warm waters within 20 minutes of checking in. Even the drive down to Rocky Point was easy and quick. We couldn't have asked for a better trip and the family just loved it. From your great condo to the pools, the beach, the boat rides; all of it! Thanks again, we'll be back soon! -

Our stay at the Palomas Resort was excellent. The personnel was very friendly, but what was even better was our room. The room was superb to say the least, it was very clean the furniture and decor was very nice and modern. I have already recommended this room to several friends and I would definitely stay there again.

This was our first trip to Puerto Penasco but will not be our last! We brought our friends to Las Palomas for their 30th anniversary and we all agree that we could not have had a more enjoyable time or a more beautiful location so close to Phoenix! Mike and & Simore have done a wonderful job ensuring that their condo has everything you would need so that all you have to do is show up and have a great time. Thank you both for the wonderful recommendations - we didn't have to search for places to go because you gave us a list of many to choose from - everywhere we went we felt safe and didn't have any worries. We will definitely recommend your unit - nicely decorated, spacious and a wonderful large patio with a beautiful view!

This was one of the best vacations I have taken. The condo overlooks the 18th hole at the front door and the beach on the balcony. The only downside is I did not get to see a sunrise or sunset since the other building was blocking my view, but I've seen enough sunsets and sunrises to know what they look like. The condo was beautifully decorated with cable/satellite TV so I did not miss the NBa playoff games. It came with all the amenities of home, hair dryer, coffee maker, washer/dryer, board games, cards, dishes, fridge, filtered water, etc..The resort was peaceful and the staff all spoke English well, so communication was never an issue. The beach was nice and clean. The water was clear in certain areas and was hardly rocky. You will get your normal seaweed, but what beach doesn't in Mexico. The sand was soft and had its share of sea shells, but not so much that it would require you to walk with slippers/shoes on the beach. I recommend this property to anyone that wants to get away and relax. The area is lovely and I am already looking forward to my next trip back here.

We all had a great time. The condo had everything; full kitchen, comfy beds, large patio with nice view. Las Palomas had great amenities like the nice pool with heated pool and lazy river, pool bar and right next to the ocean. Overall, everything was great. Can not wait until we come back again.

Had a great time. The resort is beautiful. The golf is amazing. The condo was in tip top shape with all the kitchen items needed and the beds were super comfortable. The view was great as well. Overall it exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended!

the Room was very nice and as advertised, the pictures are accurate to what we saw. We booked through Tripadvisor. I would recommend this room to any one. The pool bar was good.. About $6 a drink. We also rented jet skis which was a blast. The owner Mike was very helpful with advice and in answering our questions. We had 7 guys going down and then added an 8th and it was "no problem."
Bottom line I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us! We had an amazing time! The condo was so comfortable! The pools were beautiful and the beach was so much fun! We enjoyed cooking fresh fish from the market in the condo kitchen. At night we sat on the balcony with a cup of coffee. So relaxing. The views from the balcony were beautiful! We look forward to a future visit.

We already knew that Las Palomas is a top notch resort, but property #181235 was a nice surprise. First of all, it sits on a corner of a tower, giving you more privacy. It is well and comfortably furnished. We slept comfortably in our King sized bed. The decor is up-to-date and luxurious and you can't beat the view from the large balcony - we found that we spend most of our time there thanks to the comfortable patio furniture and the breeze you get at that level which was amazing. It was the best deal we could find and it was worth every dollar and more. This particular condo sits on phase "one" of the resort and in our opinion, has the best amenities - the infinity pools are large and clean and perfect, the lazy river was relaxing and the beach was clean, safe and so enjoyable.
Mike and Simone Giaquinto make you feel at home, we want to thank them for their hospitality. making sure that we had all of the information we needed to get there and enjoy the condo and the resort once we got there.
My family and I can't wait to stay here again! -

We stayed in this condo from June 10-13 and we had a blast. Las Palomas is beautiful, and the condo was as well. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, the furniture was comfortable, and the amenities were amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, and would definitely stay here again. Mike and Simone are great owners and were very nice and helpful getting our stay set up. Thanks guys!

This was our first extended visit to Mexico. We were a little nervous about it, but the owners were super helpful with recommendations and information. In the end, this was an amazing location for a family of 5. Our kids had a blast and my wife and I enjoyed it as well.
The view off the Balcony was breath taking, the pools were beautiful, and the staff friendly. As my wife noted, she hadn't seen so many people sweeping and cleaning at a resort since Disney! It was very clean and modern.
It was such a great value, we can't wait to go back. -

Check-in was fast and easy...parking very convenient.
On-site restaurants offer wide selection of meals for both formal and "poolside" dining. Easy access to "local color" restaurants and shops convenient, interesting and fun. Great golf at resort course and at nearby courses.
Unit was spacious, very clean and ideally situated for pool and ocean views.
Highly recommended!

It was a very relaxing few days, the condo was quite lovely & very comfortable. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The pools were great as was the golf courses. Also visiting the local town as well as Shacks 5th ave was a blast. My stay was a good value & I look forward to visiting again soon and bring my husband & 3 children along as well.

The condo is beautifully furnished inside but the view from the entire condo is to die for. The kitchen in the condo is fully stocked so I was able to cook some of our meals instead of going out. I loved sitting on the enormous terrace outside overlooking the pool and the ocean and just chilling. We had a great time having drinks at the bar and walking along the beach and relaxing. Can't wait to go back.
