Aventura is a newly remodeled beach front condo that has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths--the master bedroom has a queen bed and bath, the second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed, private entrance and private bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and a fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). Other Amenities include WiFi Internet and Vonage Phone Service, central A/C, Satellite TV, builtin charcoal barbecue, a beach front patio with furniture, and two car garage. This house was nice at one point but is falling into shambles due to lack of maintenance. We had to ask Oceano to come remove a broken wooden step in front of the patio as my son's foot fell through it the first time we stepped on it. The tiles were falling off the bathroom walls and the ceiling in the kitchen is patched with bits of plaster falling off. Also, the water pump in the garage is right outside the third bedroom and so loud it woke up anyone staying in that room if the toilet were flushed in the middle of the night.
That being said, it is a beautiful and convenient location and we managed to have a good time anyway. -

we had a great time. beach very clean, house clean plenty of sleeping room. kitchen well equipped. only thing is the bathrooms needed towel racks most of them were broken not enough room to hang towels or clothers otherwise very nice. main bathroom needs new fixtures in shower. we would definately rent from you again.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and have greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, the beach is stunning with toes right in the stand for your deck, and this condo is very well apointed and comfortable. I love the kitchen in this condo! Thank you Oceano Rentals for your great service..we will see you again.

This home is nicely decorated with lots of great tile work. The layout is nice too. The place was clean (except for the wall behind the kitchen garbage can). The top of the toilet was missing in the master bedroom inside the main house. Beach location was nice but be prepared for a lot of vendors walking by asking you to buy something. This section of beach was fun for the kids but it wasn't the nicest sand. It was more shell than sand. The major problem was the topless cabaret one block away that would rev up about 11 p.m. every night with a screaming DJ and really load thumping dance music until about 3 a.m. In the main house this wasn't too distracting but in the additional back room our friends weren't getting any sleep.
Oceano rentals were great to work with as far as setting up tours and providing information. Maybe no one has complained about the location of the house yet.... -

Our family stayed in the Aventura. It was very cozy and clean. It has a great view of the ocean and plenty of space. Our two kids loved it and have been begging to go back. I highly recommend staying at this house, to anyone looking for a nice affordable home on the beach. We will definetely be back and rent this home again.
