There were nine of us that stayed at this beautiful home. The staff was very helpful at all times. It is located in a perfect location and had everything we needed. I will say, that I'm glad we brought plastic cups. All that they had to use was glass and that makes me nervous! Might want to consider getting some unbreakable glasses!

The house was big enough for the people that we invited to come see P.P. for their fisrt time. The house is very nice and the weather was great. The house in general could have been cleaner. All the screen doors were dirty and kept falling off their tracks until we called Oceano to fix. They should inspect and test everything for what is being charged for the house. The ice maker did not make ice.The patio should be swept before any arrival since there is so much sand everywhere all the decks should be washed down also. The blender was wore out.The living room leather chairs were dirty. The furniture on the top deck was very old and could not be used.One of the curtains in the master bedroom was torn.I think with better care this house could be one of the best in P.P. We are planning to come back at the same time next year and I will make sure that all the things that I have talked about here will need to be adressed before we booked this property again.

We have rented this house every year since 2001 but this year we had a few issues. Neither Dryer worked, the oven downstairs did not work and the stove upstairs worked off and on at best. We had several toilets giving us issues and the wireless internet was not working correctly!
We already booked again for next year but are hoping to have less issues!

We found this property through Oceano Rentals on the internet. It was extremely clean, and all appliances, services worked wondefully. We will definitely try to stay here again on future trips to Rocky Point.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed at Casa Playa and I love this home. The sandy beach is perfect for swimming and when the tide goes out, there's just enough rocks for the kids to play around in. The house itself is gorgeous. The open feel of the kitchen, living room and dining room is what brings us back again and again. You can have everyone in the house socializing together and never feel overcrowded. I will stay here again, for sure!
