This guest house of a beachfront home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.--The master bedroom has a queen bed and bath; the other has twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. Other amenities include Queen hide-a-bed in great room. TV/DVD with satellite, radio, central heating and cooling, fans in all rooms, a large front deck with patio furniture, Gas barbecue and outside shower, a Beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez and parking for 2 cars. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights.

In November and December, we were told we had to move locations. This home was average, not nearly up to the first time we had rented this casita years ago. Upkeep does not seem to be ongoing from these two experiences. Draperies falling down. Windows left open upon arrival. Location is the best. Outdoor patio recliners need to be replaced. Very few lightbulbs and tv remotes basically dead. Few towels , garbage bags, and paper products for 3 nights stay.

Our stay at Casita de Paz was splendid! Very clean, right next to the beach and quite afforable. I definitely reccomend this place!

Great view, however a small kitchen to cook for a family of four. Rocky section of beach.
