We stayed in the unit and it was our second time there. The unit is nicely furnished and the view is great. They could have stocked the kitchen better. Salt/Pepper/Paper towels, etc. We have rented several units in Rocky Point before that were completely stocked with such items. Not even a new sponge to wash dishes with. Just a grungy old one. Lots of light bulbs missing in light fixtures also. I wanted to tell people if you are not a dog lover, do not stay at this unit. The neighbors next door who are full time retirees care for the dogs, which is nice, but if you are not a dog lover, stay away. Some people are not dog lovers, especially if they are strays. Also we were very disappointed with the fact that we were next door to full time retirees. Every morning the locals would come up and sit on the patio/wall to chat for quite awhile and we found this very annoying to enjoy our coffee and breakfast in peace.

I love that we can drive into Mexico and found this condo to be perfect, as nice as any in the us but nicer because of the beach and ocean right there! I was a little worried because of media reports of drug violence but I felt as safe (or safer) in RP and driving into MX as anywhere. The people are sooo nice and just want to make you happy...we had the best service and sea food at the Blue Marlin. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in this lovely condo in Oct and it was wonderful. We loved being able to sit on the patio and enjoy the ocean and being able to walk right out to the beach, no high rise elevators. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had an electrical problem when we first arrived but the management co came right over and got it fixed. We will be back.

Las Brisas #3 was a wonderful condo to stay in. Everything was nice and comfortable. The porch and outdoor furniture were also comfortable and where we spent most of our time! With the condo being so close to Manny's, those that wanted to dance and party were able to walk, but it wasn't too loud for those that wanted to stay behind and relax. We will certainly be renting this condo again!

This was our second stay in the beautiful Las Brisas Condo and definately not our last. An all girls trip to beach front property not only clean and safe but also close enough to walk to night life. Friendly handsome staff. Highly recommend! Only concern is the deposit takes longer than two weeks to re-credit. Will return for next short vacation.
