Mi Paraiso is a three bedroom, 3 bath beach front house with the master bedroom suite, facing the ocean, and it has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a king bed with its own private bath. The living area has a wood burning fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs), DVD/VCR , Flat screen Satellite TV, stereo/CD/Ipod connect. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Other amenities include mini-split wall AC units, ceiling fans, breakfast bar, and outside shower. Had a great time. Best house we've stayed in yet. Plenty of room for all the kids, everything we needed was stocked and provided. May was an excellent time to be there, not too hot. Didn't even need the airconditioner, although it was nice to have. Would gladly stay again.

nicely remodeled kitchen, very clean...user friendly.lovely bedrooms. very comfortable beds...excellent service from Oceano when air conditioner failed, prompt attention to the matter as well as fixing the problem.Loved the proximity of house to the beach....

The kitchen has recently been updated (granite countertops and stainless steal appliances) and is great. The back bedroom's air conditoner had a small leak but a cup was able to catch the drips. Patio could have used a bbq and the master bedroom didn't have drapes so we easily woke with the morning sun. The sleeping capacity is only 6 but could easily sleep 7 or 8. The house was in great shape and just where the beach turns less rocky - it was awesome!

We've been using Oceano for years and years & we always stay at a different Las Conchas house to find the perfect one! We did have some issues here.
There was broken glass was all over the back (beach) patio and both kids(3 and 5)stepped in the glass as soon as we entered the house. Looked to be from a broken light bulb, replaced but not cleaned up. So we got out the band aids and swept that up. 2nd issue was the 3rd bedroom. When opened, we were hit with acrid smell. We searched the room and bath, flushed and ran the bath and shower - but to no avail. This room was adjacent to the garage we didn't have access to, so I drove back to Oceano to ask for help and to suggest perhaps something in the garage was the cause. Oceano maintenance went into the garage and it smelled better than the bedroom! Nothing found there. So Mr. Maintenance sprayed deodorizer and left the can with us. That was all he could do....
The room was unusable that first nite - and we had to double up in the other two rooms. By the second nite the room was somewhat better and needed less spray - so we were able to use it then.
The house is located on the end of the street and includes an cut thru to the beach. The catch there is quite a few people cut thru there with their dogs and you can guess the rest. The 2 kids had to avoid the dog dirt next to the house and on the beach right at the cut thru.
This house was great, nicely furnished, and upgraded, but we did have a few hurdles....
