Ol?Š is a two bedroom, two bath condo. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed Satellite/TV and private bath. A large second bedroom has two full beds and is a short distance from the second bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave, and new cabinets and stove. The tastefully furnished living room/kitchen area has a hide-a-bed, wood burning fireplace (supply own wood or fire logs), comfortable seating, and a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. We have been Rocky Point vacationers for over 8 years. Each year the town grows and has more exciting things to do. Each year we try different locations in Rocky Point, but we enjoy Las Conchas the most. It is very close to town yet a private beach at our door step. The Ole condo was the best place we have stayed at so far. We will rent this place again. We felt like we were in a hotel room as the linens and towels and kitchen amenities were so clean! Not only was it roomy and decorated beautifully, but we had access to the internet and comfortably watched movies late at night. This condo has everything you can think of in the kitchen and on the patio. The ocean view from this place was gorgeous! After the tide is out, there are rocky shore lines for the kids to play and find fish and shells. When the tide comes in you are literally 50 feet from the edge of the patio to the warm water! The sunrise is soothing and the sunsets are spectacular! Now THAT is a beach vacation!

We liked the place but had a few issues:
1. The wireless did not work
2. The place had no microwave
3. The kitchen has a bad ant problem and we found several large roaches roaming around in the kitchen/hall area.
The great things were:
1. Nice comfortable beds
2. Location to a clean and non-rocky beach area
3. Plenty of kitchen supplies (except microwave)
4. Air-conditioners worked
We went about two weeks later than usual and found the weather to be very windy and a bit cool in the early mornings and late afternoons. We didn't stay out as long on the beach as our umbrellas wouldn't stay up. This allowed us time to make more trips into town and explore.
Overall, we had a great time. However, it took us well over an hour to get back across the border in Lukeville. I read in the newspaper a few days later that the Government will be updating that crossing and adding, I believe, a few more lines so crossing the border will not take as long. We crossed back into the US on a Wednesday around 1:00PM so I can't even imagine how congested it is on weekends and holidays. -

kept, clean like an hotel. Just bring yourself and
enjoy your stay, the owners of this house they
already took care everything for you. -

Ole is a great condo to stay in. Right on the beach, beautifully decorated and equipped and comfortable beds. The service provided by the Oceano staff was much appreciated. We always have a great time in Las Conchas with Oceano!

Although we have stayed in many beach houses in the Los Conchas community, this was our first time in a townhouse. It was very nicely furnished and very comfortable, not to mention perfectly located on the beach! We had a wonderful time and plan to stay there again soon!

We just spent a wonderful week at the OLE House and had a
wonderful time. The house is really on the beach. The
housekeepers were waiting for us with keys . Everything was in
order when we arrived, and we were pleased to
learn that the pictures online matched the home.
We'd definitely recommend this house - especially if you're
bringing kids and want to spend a lot of
your vacation at the beach.
