Paradise Villas #10 is a two and a half bedrooms, two one half bath, two story town home--the master bedroom has a queen bed, decorative fireplace, bath and terrace with ocean views. The other bedroom has a two full beds and bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The living room has a queen sofa bed and a decorative fireplace. Other amenities include swimming pool, central heat and air conditioning, CD player and a flat screen TV with Satellite. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minim...um during weekends in March, April, May, and October and all Holidays.

  We stayed for 5 nights at the paradise villas. We flew to Phoenix and rented a car and drove to Peurto Penasco without any problems. The ocean is about 100 feet from the door and the pool is about 20 feet! The beach is quite private and very nice. The Paradise villa's are very well maintanied by a live-in maintenance man who is very concerened with keeping up the outside. The inside was a little disapointing. The decorations and such were as nice as it shows on the web site, but it was quite dirty. I could show pictures of the dirt and grim, but I won't. I really have a hard time when a place that I am staying at is dirty. To be honest this is the worst that I have ever seen in my life...No kidding! The sheets were not changed on 3 of the beds, there was animal hair everywhere, the bathmats had not been washed since they were bought, there was a wall with food all over it, the shower was filthy, 2 toilets were leaking ect... When I complained to Oceano rentals, they sent the maid over to clean. She cleaned everything that I had mentioned to Oceano's. However, there was dirt still everywhere... especailly on the walls and showers. I needed to remind myself that I was in a 3rd world country at that point and just relax. Amazingly enough we all got a lot of relaxation in. I was really worried that the people who owned the place would be very upset about the state of the house, but when I told Oceano's that, they told me that the owners had just stayed there the week before:-) The other problem that we had was that we were there towards the begining of Easter Weekend:-) The town of 40,000 became 160,000. The paradise villas did not have an empty condo. There were a few party animals that didn't go to sleep until 4:00 am the night before we left. I was relived that we left when we did. However, for the most ,part the people were friendly, we had good food and amazing scenery. If we go again, I will let Oceano's know that the place that I stay at had better be very clean or I will be upset.
