No matter which accommodations you choose to rent, we will extend gold bracelets to you that give you access to six of seven beaches (VIP NV, Cofresi, Lifestyle, VIP, Harmony and Serenity,) plus access to eighteen restaurants. (Advance reservations strongly encouraged. Jazz and Simply Gourmet have limited availability).
Each guest will pay an all-inclusive mandatory fee to the resort upon arrival of:
US$50 per day for adults staying in Cofresi Palm Beach Studio or Jr. Studio and Tropical Jr. Studios.

For the Junior suites at Tropical the Check-out time is 1pm – Every hour after this is $10.00 per hour, per unit.
In Villas / Presidential Suites / Crown Suites the Check out is at 11.30AM - Every hour after this is $20.00 per hour, per unit
The Check out, later than that in the units must be requested at the check-in and is going to depend of the hotel availability, this is allowed until 3pm
The Check-out must be done at the specific time showed above as your bands will be cut and you will receive a ticket, with this ticket you can stay and enjoy the resort until 3pm, at this point you must give the tickets back and leave the resort.
If you wish to stay longer than 3 pm at the Resort, you must pay an extra cost of US$10.00 per hour per person but the final check out time is 6pm.
Date Alterations:
During peak season months (Feb, Mar, Apr, Jul, Nov, Dec), requests for date alterations shall be honored if 3-month advance notice is given. This notice is inclusive of the arrival date. Should the alteration be due to a flight change, LHVC shall accept alterations of 2-3 days. All alterations are subject to availability.
During low season months (Jan, May, Jun, Aug, Sept, Oct), requests for date alterations shall be honored if 1-month advance notice is given. This notice is inclusive of the arrival date. Should the alteration be due to a flight change, LHVC shall accept alterations of 2-3 days. All alterations are subject to availability.
A maximum of 3 date alterations will be allowed per reservation, subject to availability.
Reservations made using a Shareholder Voucher cannot be altered to another year. No exceptions will be made. All reservations, date alterations, should be within the calendar year corresponding to the voucher being utilized.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than 3 months prior to arrival will receive a full Service Fee accreditation. Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival will receive a 50% Service Fee accreditation. Any cancellation 1 month prior to arrival and the Service Fee will be forfeited in its entirety.
Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort Regulations
· Absolutely no pets are allowed in the unit or on property grounds. This includes pets left in vehicles. Violations will result in charges for additional cleaning.
· There must be a responsible member or guest of the traveling party of at least 18 years of age present for the entire duration of the vacation. Proof of age may be required.
· Only the person on the confirmation may check-in at the property. For any change to the check-in name, you must contact Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club as soon as possible.
· Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club reserves the right to relocate a confirmed member / guest in alternative accommodations.
· Over-occupancy of the unit size confirmed will result in an upgrade fee and/or refusal of the extra persons from checking-in.
· Members are responsible for actions taken by children and guests accompanying them in accommodations provided by Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club.
· Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property for any reason. If any damage should occur while you are occupying the unit, you must notify the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club customer service department immediately. You are responsible for any fees charged due to damage.
· Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club cannot guarantee the view from any units or the location of any units within the resort. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club cannot guarantee a specific location or accommodation requested.
· Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club is not liable for any cost incurred due to a cancelled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier.
· Please be aware that every Christmas and New Year there is a mandatory supplement which must be paid by all persons at check in, the rate is subject to change yearly. Any persons refusing to pay will not be permitted to check-in.
· Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club guest access policy: Any member requiring additional guest access to the resort must notify the customer service department 24 hours prior to arrival. All guests are subject to additional fees and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club also has the right to refuse access or restrict access.

My family and I fell in love with Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort in Puerto Plata on our first trip in 2011 and we just returned from our fourth trip in February. This resort has it all, beautiful weather, luxurious accommodations, amazing beaches and good food.
But what makes it so special are the beautiful, caring and service oriented people of the Dominican Republic. They have become our extended family. Warm hugs greet us every time. Their motto is "I work for you," and they strive to take care of you in every way possible.
What also makes it so special is Lynn Davison herself. Lynn is the real deal - ethical, responsible, warm, caring and client focused. You are not just a customer to Lynn. She truly wants to ensure you have the trip of a lifetime with memories you will cherish forever.
We have stayed in the villas and love all the amenities including the private pool, kitchen and the privacy afforded by the beautiful gardens. In February we stayed in the Presidential Suites and loved the European modern hotel feel, the spacious rooms and the beautiful view from our balcony.
Every Sunday night is a welcome party like no other. We danced, laughed and enjoyed a rocking good time, all by the ocean with a full moon and colorful fireworks to boot.
If you're getting the feeling we love Lifestyles, we do! So much so that we became shareholders through Lynn Davison in 2012.

Traveled here with 3 of my kids (8, 11, 13) and 2 girlfriends. The resort is massive. Lots to see and do, we only saw a fraction of it. They do have carts/vans/shuttles to get you around, but there was a lot of walking so if you are not able, you might need to think about this.
We had a great time. There were a few bumps, but Lynn took care of everything! I would go back to this resort, but only if I was able to book with Lynn.
My kids had an absolute blast! The beach wasn't very wide, but the surf was mild enough for them to play safely. The attendants at the VIP beach clubs were fantastic. They happily bring you food and drinks.
The food wasn't great, but not terrible either. With Lynn's VIP status, we were able to get dinner reservations at the "good" restaurants, for which we were grateful!
Our rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. (there was a mix up with the bedding, but they quickly brought in extra beds for the kids)
Check-in wasn't great, but again, Lynn took care of that immediately. She made sure we had everything she promised us.
We felt very safe. There were lots of intoxicated folks there, but that's to be expected when unlimited free alcohol is offered!
Overall, I thought it was a great value and my kids are already talking about going back next year.
I can not stress this enough... You really need to book this trip through Lynn!!! The gold VIP wristbands are great, but it's her friendly service and attention to detail that make it all work. My friends and I recently spent our vacation at the Lifestyle Holidays Resort in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and had one of the best experiences that will be remembered for many years to come. We stayed at the crown villa 59 which immediately felt like our tropical "home away from home" from the moment we saw it and set foot inside. The villa's layout and décor was very welcoming, coupled with an outdoor pool which overlooked most of the resort. Our expectations were continually surpassed due to the high quality of service we received on a daily basis by a professional and courteous staff. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone that is looking to experience a piece of paradise while on vacation at this resort.

If you are looking for a friendly, honest, reliable shareholder to book through - look no further. Lynn Davison is the epitome of fantastic, unbeatable customer service. Book through her, and you will receive the highest level of access possible as a guest. Our gold bracelets allowed us access to Serenity beach, Harmony beach and all of the VIP bars and restaurants. The only disappointment was that we couldn't stay on Serenity beach in a cranberry vodka induced state for the rest of our lives. Leaving was horrible - which is why we're looking forward to returning this april - through Lynn, of course.

We returned last week (7 of us) from our week vacation in Paradise! I cannot thank Lynn Davison enough for making all the arrangements for our villa. She was extremely patient in answering all of our endless questions and phone calls. We knew what to expect,and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. Before going, we read every review and some of the reviews on other websites are scary. It makes all the difference going through a shareholder. Other shareholders don't give you gold bracelets. You want the gold bracelets! The gold bracelets will give you access to Serenity Beach, the VIP restaurants and bars. I could live on Serenity Beach with our favorite server Maria bringing us drinks, eating chocolate, banana and coconut cream crepes. It was wonderful being able to swim in our private pool at 6 am or midnight; waking up to our maid, Judy cooking us omelets to order. The staff were always kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Many of them remembered our names and greeted us with hugs like old friends. We never would have received this level on service anywhere, especially the States, for the amount of money we paid. We are all suffering from post vacation blues. I have been day dreaming since getting back about liquidating all our assets and running away to Serenity Beach!

We just got back from a very nice week at one of the 3 bedroom villas and wanted to share our impressions. There are a lot of people renting villas and other properties on the resort. We were pleased we chose to go with Lynn, as she was really good to work with, and very responsive to our questions.
The most important advice I could give is that it is definitely worthwhile to pay to get the highest status. We had the gold VIP bands and were able to go to the best beaches and restaurants. We did see some of the other places open to guests without the gold bands, and they were not even close to being as nice. I don’t think going to this resort would be worth it without the gold bands.
The villa we rented was perfect, very well laid out and comfortable. However, the pool was very deep so it was not so good for children. I think each villa has a different type of pool. Our housekeeper/cook was fabulous, and it was a real luxury to wake up to a pot of fresh coffee and have breakfast made for us each am.
There was a lot for kids to do at the resort, including a kid’s pool and kid’s club, so our 2 1/2 year old grandson had an especially wonderful time. The staff at the resort was generally extremely friendly and great with kids. They all seemed genuinely happy to see my grandson and catered to his needs/wants even in the fancier restaurants.
The food at the VIP restaurants was generally very good, and the restaurant staff was fabulous. Three of the VIP restaurants were closed while we were there – a bit disappointing, but the ones that were open were quite nice. We liked Jazz and the Brazilian restaurant best. There was a good selection of lunch foods available at the VIP beaches. The drinks were also very good (the iced coffee is highly recommended.)We liked Serenity Beach the most, but also spent lots of time at Harmony Beach.
The grounds of the resort are huge. Although they are nicely planted, it would be an improvement if there were more places to sit (not just at the beaches/pools). Some garden areas would be nice. Having a golf cart was a huge bonus. At one point during the week, our golf cart was stolen while we were having dinner, Although the staff got it back for us the next day, we needed to rely on the shuttles for a little while. There is no way to walk to things given the size of the grounds, and the shuttles were a problem, especially with a young child. When we did call for a shuttle, it often took 30-45 minutes to arrive.
We had free tickets to Ocean world included in our package. It was cute, but I think it would generally be better for older kids, 8 and up. It wouldn’t have been worth it if we had to pay. There were a lot of things that weren’t included in the admission, including lunch and dolphin/shark encounters (and moderate pressure to buy them), and the swimming opportunities were much worse than we had at the resort. The pools at Ocean World were not especially clean.
We were very disappointed in the lack of decent wifi access throughout the resort. If this is something that is very important to you, you might want to look for accommodations elsewhere. There was no wifi in the villa, and the wifi on the beaches and at the pools was spotty at best - a real surprise in a resort of this caliber.. You can go to the VIP offices in the “Tower”, and the wifi there generally worked, but it wasn’t an especially pleasant place to spend time, especially given how nice the beaches and pool areas were. There was a bar/coffee shop there, but the tables were generally crowded with people getting sales pitches for buying property/shares. It was noisy and certainly not private. Keeping in touch through Skype was very difficult. -

The Villa we stayed at was great! The location away from traffic was also very good! Having our own pool & having breakfast made for us was also great! I would never go during a school vacation week because it had to have an effect on the service. Some of the staff was overworked and stressed out. This made them very unhappy when we had to communicate with them. The food was very good except for the Buffet. The Beaches were wonderful. I would go back with some adult friends.

On our arrival at the resort, we discovered that we had been downgraded from the Presidential Suites to the Residential Suites and we were not very pleased. However, through the efforts of Lynn Davison and the VIP staff at the Residential Suites desk, our complaints were handled and, as a result, we were very happy with the lodging and the week at the resort. We all felt that everything worked out for the best. The suites were by the pool and next to the restaurant where the food and service was excellent. We enjoyed Serenity Beach and the relaxed atmosphere along with the excursions during the week (City and cable car, whale watch and Ocean World). Food at all the restaurants was excellent and we never had a poor meal-some we thought were better than others with Jazz and Skewers on the Beach being the best.

Our stay in Puerta Plata was absolutely fantastic! We were traveling with some friends and our toddler so we needed someplace with privacy and flexibility. Convenient to the beach but quiet enough for nap time. Renting the villa was absolutely perfect! It was very affordable and relaxing.
What makes this property better than any other you could find in the DR? The contact!! The best part of the stay was the follow-through from our contact -- she set up dinner reservations and transportation to and from the airport, and made sure things were perfect. I would highly recommend staying here if you really want to have someone else deal with the details so you can enjoy your stay!! -

First, I have to say that Lynn Davison is really worht considering if you're still wondering "Should we jsut go to Hotels.com?" We rean into a ridiculous airlinge reschduling (they shoved us to a day earlier flight)and Lynn made a few phone calls. Boom! Extra day added to our stay, no problem. Never happened like that with a web site.
Perfect weather. It rained 20 minutes in the 12 days we were there. Temps ranges from about 70-82. Dominicans are amazing people... smiling, patient and sunny. Just like their island. And when they're working as hard as they did on our behalf, the result is magic. They seemed more like great neighbors after a few days, not just folks doing a job.
For me, the beautiful and spacious villa raised "excellent” to "excellent!” Our own swimming pool. Gorgeous master suite. Kids on another floor, they each had mini suites of their own. Spotlessly clean.
Refrigerator stocked, whatever we wanted. Breakfast in the villa. Great choice of restaurants and cuisines. We actually spent most of our mealtimes at the seven-station buffet. Lots of people our kids' ages (social centers: the pool and the club.)
We've traveled to France and Hawaii together and they grew up at Chautauqua, but my 18-year-old son and 27-year-old daughter told me that this was the best family vacation we'd ever been on.
We'll be going back in December.

We were looking forward to this and read many reviews on line, both positive and negative. We loved it and wanted to return. Our 3 BR villa was wonderful even though it was one of the older ones. The yard, gardens and pool were kept spotless. The villa tile was mopped daily, our cook was friendly and attentive, Marisa. Our trip to Ocean world was fun and the staff was wonderful. The dairy and beef is not comparable to the us in most resturants, but azule and the VIP Gormet were great. The seafood was great and the fish fry excellent.
