The rates are on accommodation type not season so rates stay the same all year we do not inflate the rates at peak months. Golf carts are free with villa stay's only . We are shareholder members so we can send you with the most VIP privileges. The resort is mandatory all-inclusive , so there is a per person per day all-inclusive rate. Once again we booked though Tod and Erica, everything went great. Had a great time and this year we spent 20 days. Nothing anyone can do about the weather but the service was once again great. Added perks, we had to shelf liquor in our room and had the empty replaced, New VIP NV Beach 60 yds from our patio door, cheese and fruit plate weekly in our room...And VIP checkin! Maybe 26 days next January. Oooohhh, New Year's Eve Party was Fabulous.

Aqui prima la elegancia y la buena atencion, un lugar amplio, acogedor y tranquilo, exquisitos restaurantes y de mucha elegancia, un spa fenomenal el cual tiene restringido a menores para que asi prime la tranquilidad, el mismo cuenta con varios jacusi, piscinas y gimnasio, el complejo cuenta con heladeria, bebidas premiun entre otros.

We just came back a couple of days ago after a two week stay and niether of us can find a reason not to go back or book though Tod. Right from the start, Tod made ever alteration happen and quickly. It all started when we booked the 2br Penthouse, then flights changed, my brother cancelled, moved to a Junior Suite and finally moved to the soon to be opened Confresi Palm Spa & Beach Resort, Tod made it happen.
Check-in was fast, great staff, we were in our room in 10 minutes with the VIP Rep and luggage. The Ocean side room are worth the extra money, larger, jacuzzi and extra large shower for two, close to the beach, bar and one of the many restaurants. Lifestyles now has 7 al la Carte restaurants and we got to try four of them, our favorite was the Moontaz (Indian), that night was great, starting with drinks and appitizers at Tapas Spanish Style Bar. My wife never cared for Indian Cuisine, but wanted to go back and left them a $20us tip.
We changed breakfast and lunch restaurants daily, so not to get bored, breakfast can seem boring but like at home you don't have to eat the same thing every day. Having the VIP wrist bands helped as we took advantage of VIP Beach and VIP Harmony Beach lunch menus as well as some of the beach snack bars. So if you read reviews that say its the same old thing every day, well thats because they made that choice, change it up. We even changed beached, one day Confresi, next VIP, poolside and right on the ocean, different venues, people and staff makes things different.
The only issue we have, do we take our two 18+ daughters next year and for how long. Thanks again Tod, we had a great time! -

This was my first real do nothing but relax vacation in over 7 years. My stay was in the Presidential Suites where there was more than enough room to relax. The staff were quite friendly and willing to please.
The food was ok for the most part. There were a couple of times when I didn't find much to my liking but there was always the Casa Blanca to fall back on.
My only complaint was the constant sales pitch that we were subjected to. The first morning on the way to breakfast we were spotted because of the blue guest wristbands. We have no intention of being an owner as the next vacation will likely be in another 5 years. I just felt the sales staff were wasting my precious vacation time. -

This was everything it claimed to be, and then some. Tod did not misrepresent a single thing. We were very wary of this package because the price was too good to be true, but we decided to be adventurous and take a risk. What an incredible vacation we had. The service was wonderful. The only down side was that it felt a little bit like we were taking advantage of the beautiful, kind, hardworking people who took care of us. It was kind of awkward for us. We're from Wisconsin, and we don't EXPECT to be treated like we're "better" than others. Our home was wonderful and our maid/cook (Paulina) was a kind soul. Our pool man, Juan, was a hardworking, kindhearted man who didn't mind us practicing our Spanish with him. Everything was clean, quickly provided, and served up with a smile. The resort was a great location, lots of newer buildings and spotlessly upkept. Can't think of any negatives.

Dracut, MAEnjoyable stay at the Executive Spa Suites

I stayed at the Executive Spa Suites at the Lifestyle Hacienda Resorts for a week. Here are my positives and negatives.
Positives: clean, very nice rooms, good nightly entertainment (Las Vegas style shows), good dinners at the restaurants (Blue Lagoon, Jazz), amazing VIP beach party Sunday night, nice spa, great beds to get some sun on at the VIP beach, shuttle to and from the airport is free.
Negatives: shuttles that you call to pick you up at your room didn't always come, being told that some of the restaurants weren't open when they were based on your status (whether you were wearing Gold bracelets, VIP bracelets, etc.).
I would try and buy your excursions outside of the resort though since it's very expensive at the resort. Tod has great rates on the rooms there and overall I would recommend this all-inclusive resort. I will probably use him again within my family. -

Second time we went to this resort... it was the best vacation the first time around, and again, the best one this time.
The staff at the resort doesnt know what to do for you to make you feel like you are in Paradise.
The villas are amazing, the whole resort is spotless. I tried to look for garbage and couldnt find any lol.
Todd went above and beyond to make sure we were having everything we needed. We saw him at the resort and my husband asked him where we could get a bottle of Jack Daniels. Next thing you know we get to the villa and we have two huge bags with all sorts of goodies, including my husband's Jack. Not to mention the whole reservation process that was so smooth and easy.
The kids had a blast and there was never a safety concern.
They are not kidding when they call this place "your home away from home".

BTW: Genaro at VIP World is the best bartender ever.
We are already getting ready to book our next vacation in Feb of 2010. -

Six of us ventured to Lifestyle on March 20 - 27....we had a wonderful time. The villa was very nice, the pool was a super addition, and the daily breakfast and villa cleaning was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the VIP Beach area as well as the pool area. All employees were very friendly and very accomodating. The overall food at the resort was not spectacular but we could find something to eat. Todd was a wonderful person to work with in planning our trip and we all look forward to working with him again for our travel plans. We'll be back!!!!!
