Between the trees of the beautiful residential area of La Huerta de Font, a small path leads to the entrance of this impressing and well equipped villa.

All of the rooms are very large with high beamed ceilings and there are many comfortable areas to enjoy, especially good for two families or more holidaying together, where each can have there own private space.The entrance hall has a lovely arched front door and a wide staircase leading both up to the top level or down to the ground level. The walls throughout the villa are adorned with colourful local paintings, it could almost be an art gallery.

Going up the stairs to the top l...evel, the large kitchen is on the right with white fitted units and marble worktops. There is a large glass breakfast table here and a separate uitility area with a washing machine.

The split-level lounge dining room is an absolute delight with a large lacquered dining table and matching chairs. There are two welsh-dressers with abundant decorative china and the lounge has sumptuous sofas and winged armchairs grouped around a glass-fronted wood fire with a marble mantlepiece. There are beautiful embroidered lamps and large cushions. No minimalism here!

Double glass doors lead from the lounge onto a conservatory terrace overlooking the pool and gardens below. There are lovely sofas here and comfy chairs with lots of natural light making it ideal spot for relaxing or reading and there is a stairway down to the pool and gardens. The swimming pool is surrounded by lawn and pretty colourful flowers and plants which is very well cared for and is very much a majestic mallorcan family home in an enviable location.

There is also a wood burning stove for cooler evenings. A very large covered barbeque area is to one side of the house overlooking the gardens with large brick bbq and teak wood terrace furniture for outside dining.Read more

Additional Location Information

The quiet area of La Font is loved by all who like nature, quietness, good living and to be in walking distance of town. The area is ideal for walking, jogging, biking or just hanging around at the pool. There are lots of trees (mostly pines) and other plants all around. You can walk around the area, go into town or up the mountain. It is relax absolute.
