A fantastically glamorous penthouse apartment in Puerto Pollença, Penthouse Apartment Xaloc is full of contemporary design with an elegant roof terrace with its own Jacuzzi hot tub. It's a three-bedroom apartment within a private apartment building on the edge of Puerto Pollença.

The main entrance leads directly into this stunning apartment decorated in contemporary style with wood floors and spotlights throughout.The lounge dining room is completely open plan with sleek black and glass furniture, a large glass dining table in minimalist style and black sofas. There is a flat screen TV on the wall and double glass doors leading out to... a fabulous front terrace which is furnished with a glass table and black woven chairs.

The views from this terrace are stunning, reaching from the fields and open countryside of Siller over to the Boquer valley and the Albercutx watchtower looking over the Formentor peninsula.

Doors lead into the designer kitchen at the other end of the lounge dining room that has white units, modern grey silestone worktops and stainless steel appliances. There is a large fridge freezer, split level oven with a fitted microwave , a touch-dial vitro hob with separate grill plate and a grey glass splash guard. The upper units are made of glass and white wood and there is a breakfast bar with two high stools at one end.

A door opens on to a further large rooftop terrace at the other side of the penthouse. Here there is a fantastic exterior jacuzzi on one side and terrace furniture on the other. The views are spectaclar here and look out towards Pollensa Old Town surrounded by mountains and partial views of the sea. A washing machine and dryer are cleverly concealed inside sliding side units.

There is a hallway from the lounge that leads to bedrooms and bathrooms. All bedrooms are smply furnished with large wardrobes and bright furnishings and have either front or back shared terrace access.
