This gorgeous sunset view is yours when you rent our spacious, completely renovated, luxurious 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo with extra-large balcony and penthouse quality view. Imagine margaritas on the balcony at sunset and breakfast overlooking the ocean, while pelicans fly in formation overhead! Situated on the scenic south side (Gold Coast) of Puerto Vallarta, where the Sierra Madre mountains tumble directly into the sea, your view of ocean and mountains stretches for miles.

Located in the upscale La Jolla de Mismaloya Condominium complex, you can enjoy hotel-like amenities while having the privacy and convenience of condo living. Mai...d and linen service is provided 3 times per week, so that you don't have to lift a finger. Pick up a fresh beach towel every morning at the Reception Desk as you head out to "catch some rays." The complex boasts a "short course" Olympic-size swimming pool, two large hot tubs, equipped gym, tennis court, and full-service restaurant on premises.

The beautifully landscaped pool terrace has steps down to Mismaloya beach, where you can experience the true Mexico as local palapa restaurants provide you with the grilled catch of the day direct from the small fishing boats bobing in the water in front of you. Sharing the beach with the 5-star Barcelo La Jolla de Mismaloya Resort, you can rent jet-skis, go on snorkeling/diving trips, explore further down the coast by boat, or just put your toes in the Pacific. Horseback riding, more restaurants, tequila tasting and convenience food shopping is a 5-minute walk away in the village of Mismaloya. The fantastic town of Puerto Vallarta is only a 15-minute public bus (6 pesos!) ride away, with the bus stop directly in front of the condo for your convenience - no need for an expensive car rental or taxis.

Long Stay Discount: 5% Discount on stays of 21 nights or more. May not be combined with any other discount offers.

Reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee. Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by money order or cashier's check (personal checks will not be accepted). Payment may also be made via PayPal, which allows you to use your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card to make payment. Please note that we charge a 6% service charge to recover the costs that PayPal charge us to process your payment.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, if written notice is received 90 days or more prior to arrival, 50% of monies paid will be refunded, with the balance held against a future booking. If written cancellation notice is received 89 days or less prior to arrival, the renter is still responsible for the full payment, but if the unit can be re-rented; 50% of monies paid will be refunded, with the balance held against a future booking. If the unit cannot be re-rented, the entire rental fee is forfeit.

We urge our renters to obtain cancellation insurance and out-of-country medical insurance for their own protection.

  Having only seen the pictures from the website, I wasn't quite sure what I was getting into. Once we got there and walked into the condo, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. It was very clean, nicely decorated and the view was amazing. The neighbors were very nice (they invited us over for a glass of wine), the pool is big with lots of room for everyone, and the adjoining restaurant took good care of us. There are many little restaurants run by locals around the condos within walking distance, and we didn't have a bad meal at any of them. The bus trip into town only takes about 20 minutes and for only 7 pesos (about 60 cents us) it's very affordable. Pv is a fun place with lots of stuff to do; we never got bored in the two weeks we stayed. By the time we had to leave we were already planning our next trip down there. It was our best vacation ever and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for sun and fun over the Christmas holidays. Thanks, Adrian and Helene!

  The condominimium was stylish and elegant with all the comforts of home. Every morning I would head straight to the balcony, cup of coffee in hand, and gaze out at the beautiful view as I made my plans for the day. The grounds were immaculate and the desk service was superb. I'm looking forward to a return visit soon.

  Tastefully decorated and Updated Condo

  If you are willing to take a 15 minute bus or taxi cab ride out of
  "Old Town", then I would definitely recommend this place. I don't
  think children would be good to bring to the condo since there are
  breakable items and the place needs to be respected. Nor should
  this to be your "spring break" party pad.
  
  Allot of love went into the remodeling of the condo which still has a
  Mexican feel to it, but the newer things like the stainless steel
  kitchen and the large flat-screen TV with cable are just a few of the
  luxuries. If you are mature (young or old) and enjoy the finer things
  in life, this condo is for you.
  
  The balcony is very spacious and the view is beautiful... basically
  just ocean and mountain/jungle. I enjoyed making my own
  margaritas with the blender and enjoying them on the balcony. In
  the morning, my friend and I would make breakfast and eat out on
  the balcony as well.
