Casa Serena is a 1 BR/1 BA (732 sq. ft.) oceanfront condo on the 7th floor of Sea River Tower in the Holiday Inn 5-star resort. It can be rented as a single condo, or combined with Casa Pacifica, next door, for larger groups of up to 8 guests, serving as a two bedroom, two bath condo, once the pocket doors are opened and slid into the walls to expand the huge living area. A private view balcony offers views across the pool to the beach, the bay, and the city/mountains beyond. I have rented Casa Serena several times, I am thinking this is my 6th time?? Obviously we enjoy it because we keep coming back. for the price, the view, the amenities it is a great deal. I love sitting out on the balcony in the mornings to have my coffee and watch the fishing boats and vendors prepare for their day.
One downfall is the noise level at the pool during the day, lots of kids but that is expected at a holiday inn. We couldnt get the wifi to work until the 4th day we were there, Im not sure what was wrong with it but we finally got it working.

The number for the Property Manager is right next to the telephone, so you can call for assistance with anything. They would have been RIGHT OVER to help.
