We had an excellent time, as a matter of fact my husband, who tolerates the sun, wants to go back again!
The condo is beautiful, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, right on the beach w/large balcony, bright & sunny. We did not cook, although if we wanted to we could have, as the kitchen looked like it had everything you needed.
There were ceiling fans in all the rooms which were great, as we did not really use the air-conditioner. We opened the front door and opened the balcony door and a great breeze went through the condo.
The restaurant downstairs had good food as well. We ate there for lunch and snacks on the beach front every day, although one day we ordered from the pool (10th floor), which they brought to us as well as drinks!
In the morning or evening you can sit on the balcony and watch the people. In the evening you can hear the Mariachis singing.
The locals were very nice and accommodating. My husband enjoyed getting up early and walking in front of the condo to watch the guys fishing, as well as trying to talk to them.
I can't say enough good comments other than we will go back again. My guests were also very happy with the accommodations there.

We have been to Mexico several times and this trip was the best ever. the condo was first class. The location was great.The people working there gave us number one service.It was so relaxing and the view of the ocean was great.We met some very nice home owners there that really made us feel at home.

We have returned to this condo for 16 years - it's become part of our family history. It's wonderfully comfortable, has all the amenities - including a WARM pool on the roof! - and faces the beautiful beach. Sundowners and green flashes are part of the ambiance of the unit, and its location is perfect for walking all through Zona Romantica, the Zocalo, the malecon, Old Town - very central. That's really the best thing about it (in addition to the nice and bright newly tiled baths and the very comfy beds). I think it might be fun to have some new posters or art work on the walls - some of it is sort of dated. But the space, the view, the plants, and the location all are the best, and we hope to be going back for a long time.

Paradise
A perfect vacation for us in a wonderful area within walking distance of really good restaurants and great shopping. The biggest plus was sitting on the veranda any time of the day or night with spectacular views. It is right on the beach and not in one of those awful high rised buildings. This has the charm of what is truly Mexico!

Wonderful place
Everything about this condo is great. It is in a beautiful, friendly building right on the beach. It is spacious and nicely decorated. The balcony is broad and looks right over the water where the pelicans are swooping and the whales are jumping. It is on the second floor, above the amusing passing parade so you can see everything but nothing intrudes. It is within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and of an authentic neighborhood with a diversity of shops. It is close to the river, which is lined with restaurants and high-quality market booths. It is just over the bridge from downtown. Honestly, I'd love to live there.
