This is our third stay at Condos Nadia, which we consider our home away from home, and we will return next season.
Everything about this place is outstanding;location, room amenities, and a helpful and caring staff.

We loved it
Ok we had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Detractors will say it is small. By Mexican standards it is very good sized or better for 2 people. Some say it is a bit old. We would say it was not brand new but once again was perfectly adequate.
You cannot beat the view for the price. Small building makes it quite except some evenings from the beach club but you get used to it. The roof top pool, Jacuzzi and restaurant are wonderful. Breakfast for 2 with tip is maybe $15 us,
Many Mexican places to eat within 3 blocks. All pretty good and very reasonable. The Malecon is 3 blocks and there you can find pretty much anything. A mile walk will get you to the romantic Zone.
Renting was easy and all questions and concerns were answered promptly by Susan. The local staff was wonderful.
Major grocery store a block away for anything you need to buy. Cabs 15 feet from front door. buses 2 blocks.
would absolutely recommend and stay again when we return to PVR.
New Years in PV
This condo is very small. But, is very well located to the beach and old town PV. The pool is great for lounging and the hot tub is good for 2 people. The views are stunning from the top. They are very friendly and helpful here. Read more

Happy New Year!
The condos 301 & 401 are the largest and most private in the Hotel Suites Nadia building.
The utube video and the pictures on the web site for Beach Condos Nadia are an accurate visual representation of the size of the condos and also the property.

Wonderful vacation spot
My wife and I just returned from 9 days at Beach Condos Nadia. We stayed in #401, and could not be happier. The roof top pool, the location to great eating, the view from the roof, the great staff, all worked together to make for the best most relaxing vacation ever. For those that do not need the hustle and bustle of a large resort or an all-inclusive, this is the spot! Experience a more local feel by staying in the El Centro district. Susan is the most attentive condo owner I have dealt with. She answered every question I could come up with, and had great advice on where to go for the best food in town,, wonderful experience.
Kindness, Quality, Security and Beauty
It was so lovely to spend my vacation with employees who genuinely care about their guests! I loved all the little details. I felt at home in the condo and enjoyed all the comforts of home (kitchen appliances, lovely bathroom, comfy bed, TV and wifi). I adored the rooftop pool!
Favourite memory: One morning, I woke up early and looked out at the ocean from the living room window of the condo. As I sipped on freshly brewed coffee, I watched a whale jumping in the stillness of the rising sun and calm ocean. What a way to start the day! Read more

Best Kept Secret in PV
This was our second stay in Suzie's 301 condo. I can't say enough about how perfect this place is. The building itself is right on the beach and is an easy walk to the malecon.
For the money, you get a heck of a deal. The condo itself feels more like a home than a hotel. With a small living area, kitchen, separate bedroom and a bathroom with an overhead shower-- it is more than comfortable. But the best part is the rooftop infinity pool. Always the perfect temperature with crystal blue water, it has spectacular views of the bay and downtown PV. More often than not, we were the only two people at the pool and it felt like our own private hideaway.
The staff is very warm and friendly-- and they keep the place spotless. And as always, Suzie is so easy to work with and makes sure you have everything you need prior to arrival.
We will be back!

Amazing week ! ,everything was ok , the staff was very helpful, nice and clean condo (suite 401)
Super convenient, clean, modern & secure
Had a great time at the Beach Condos Nadia. Susan set us up for success. The suites are great.
Convenient location, easy to walk into the old town and romantic district filled with great restaurants. The suite has everything you need. We made good use of the kitchen for self catering, mainly for breakfasts & lunch. There's a grocery store just around the corner!
The roof top patio and pool are a great place to relax as well. The staff at the hotel are super friendly as well. I felt super safe during our stay. I liked that we were right on the beach.
My least favorite part of our stay was that I didn't get a chance to try the street food. There was a taco vendor on the street out front of the suites that I would have liked to try. They looked real good. Will have to give them a go when we go back, can't wait! Thank you Susan. Read more

An amazing, relaxing, stress-free vacation at friendly Beach Con
The bilingual front desk staff at Beach Condos Nadia is fantastic and attentive, providing great advice.
Suite 401 is wonderfully laid out with everything right where you need it and everything has been provided for you, from the black leather couch, right down to the coffee bean grinder and blender. There is even a rinse basin by the front door to rinse your feet off before you enter. We loved going out on the balcony to have a beer and watch the people on the beach. Plus we saw some awesome thunderstorms with cool lightning shows.
Having the pool and hot tub right above Suite 401 was so convenient. In the morning, while my wife slept, I would get up, make some fresh coffee and take my cup up to the roof to relax and listen to the ocean waves while enjoying some fresh Shrimp Ceviche purchased from the Ley's supermarket just one block away. The view is awesome!
I highly recommend Mango's, the beach club directly underneath Nadia Suites. You have free use of their beach lounge chairs, day beds, kayaks, towels, umbrellas, WiFi, etc. The food and drinks were excellent and their service even better. If you are going to sit in the beach area, ask for "Mario" and he'll take great care of you. All we had to do was pick up our beer and take the last drink and someone was there asking if we would like another. Gavino, the waiter in Mango's restaurant was great as well. I always took the menu recommendations from the waiters and they never failed me.
There wasn't one moment we felt the slightest bit threatened, we walked the streets till 11 p.m. several different nights after eating out and never had a problem. The people of PV are helpful, friendly and it's rare you don't get at least a "Hola," as you pass them on the street.
All in all, it was the most relaxing vacation we've ever had when comparing it to other locations, cruises and all-inclusive resorts. Book your room today!

Great Time in an Ideal Location
The service we received at Beach Condos Nadia was very good. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. They always had great suggestions for restaurants and gave great directions.
The room itself was very nice and well stocked. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation and dining. The sitting room is nice and the air conditioning was a welcome reprieve from the hot humid PV days. Bedroom was comfortable. Bathroom was cozy, but had a nice roomy shower. Great views of the Banderas Bay from this location (Room 401). Over morning coffee on the little sitting deck outside, we could watch dolphins, manta rays, lots of shore birds, and of course beach-goers.
The location was ideal. This hotel is just north of the Malecon and we were able to walk to everything. At the all-inclusive, we weren't even sure were the ocean was and felt very out of touch with our surroundings. The Malecon is just minutes walk to the South. We kept going and easily walked to the Zona Romantica and Old town PV. One day we caught a city bus here and took it south to some other great beaches. Definitely felt as if we were experiencing PV and Mexican culture more. The pool and spa on the roof were great. Pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time.
We liked the location the best I would say. Now, here's what we liked least. Club Mango is just in front of this hotel. It provides shaded seating, drinks, music, games, and kayaks, etc... to its patrons. The biggest problem for us (maybe highlighted from just leaving an adults only all-inclusive...read quiet) was the music. The live DJ plays it loud and late. We did get a little more used to this as the days went by. We had to call the front desk on two nights after 10pm and ask that the music be turned down. It was and we were thankful.
I recommend this affordable, well-appointed, ideally located hotel to most travelers looking more an excellent Puerto Vallarta experience.
Great Condo, Great Location.
We stayed in this condominium for 7 nights in late May 2012.
The owner communicated with us well and we received all pertinent information prior to the stay, so we didn't feel lost or at all unprepared when we flew down. When we arrived, Susan also emailed us about Restaurant Week, which was occurring during our stay and we were able to go to a couple of great places that way.
The condo is very clean and comfortable. The pictures really don't do it justice. All the appliances operate exactly as they should, and there is all the amenities of a home kitchen. (Except we couldn't find a corkscrew so we got one and left it there for every else to enjoy too!)
The location was great for all the activities we wanted to do. We walked the Malecon, visited many restaurants, lounged at the beach, and went on a number of tours and activities. All those were quite convenient.
All the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help us every day. Getting a warm smile and friendly greeting whenever we came or went was the norm.
We would definitely recommend this condo and are planning a return trip soon.
We recently spent 3 fabulous weeks here. The staff here are amazing, they take a keen interest in what you are doing, where you are going and if everything is okay. Both 301 and 401 are more than well equipped in the kitchen, have comfy beds and beach chairs. Small patio table and chairs works well for meals and happy hour(so do the rooftop tables) Whole hotel is spotlessly clean and have beautiful "rain" showers, plush comfy bathroom towels and provide separate beach towels. The rooftop infinity pool and hot tub are fabulous. I love the beach but enjoyed this pool and area more. View was fabulous from here. Music from the beach club became annoying after 3 weeks but I understand management is working on the problem and is not enough to make me stay somewhere else. Can't wait to go back again next year!!!
Perfect location for exploring old PV
Unit was always kept clean and tidy. Perfect for two people.Close to major grocery store and easy quick walk to downtown PV. Unit#401 has the best view.
Another awesome stay!
Once again our stay in room 401 was great. We found many more places that are within walking distance such as Mega Store and the Fish Market. Leys has everything you need just a block away. The were fixing the street across from Leys but that was not a problem. Antoino was great with helping organize activites and places to eat. We spent time with him learning Spanish. Inez kept the room spotless as usual. Nice to be remembered when we returned. This is great place that is within walking distance to everything including the Malecon and southside...thank you Susan for the easy booking and the beautiful flowers...will be back again next year!
Our stay at Beach Condo Nadia was "top notch".
The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The location was convenient to the Malecon and all that PuertoVallarta has to offer. Watching the ocean from the roof top offered us a chance to see whales and dolphins breaching right in front of the building. At night the sound of the surf lulled us to sleep.
The staffing at the front desk was exceptional and were there to help with what ever you needed.
After viewing the web description, and spending four days in the condo, our expections were exceded. The unit, staff, and location were marvelous. We will come back!

Lovely accomodation; Great Location in P.V.
Check out the video! (beachcondosnadiapuertavallarta.com) This captures the essence of staying in in this condo. We loved the location - within walking distance of everything PV has to offer. The condo has every amenity you could possibly need and the staff on site is extremely friendly and accomodating. Susan Samuel, the owner, is in contact every step of the way making sure all details are taken care of. We're hooked!

Beautiful, perfect, serene, listen to the waves 24/7
I'm sitting outside my condo, suite 301, eating breakfast and watching and listening to the waves. Life really doesn't get much better than that! This is my 2nd time staying at Hotel Suites Nadia in one of the 2 oceanview suites privately owned by Susan Samuel (#301 and #401). The view can't be beat; you can hear the ocean's waves crashing from your bed. You can even watch the sunset from your shower! The suite is beautiful, comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot water in the shower, a kitchen with everything you need and more. And 2 TVs with a ton of channels in both English and Spanish. The ocean is right below you, and there's an infinity pool and jacuzzi on the roof of this small 5-story building. Want to swim/sit in the jacuzzi and watch the ocean when you first wake up or before you go to bed? This is the place. Everything is literally around the corner. One block away you will find a 24-hour supermarket; the Malecon is a 5-minute walk. The crafts market is a few more minutes away by foot. You can get there by walking along the beach.
The place has everything: even some kitchen appliances I don't have back home. You want to sit on the beach? Open the bedroom closet and take out the 2 comfortable beach chairs. You forgot a hat? Look under the kitchen sink; there are 2 straw hats.
I had the opportunity to meet Susan when I first stayed here a year ago; she is one of the kindest, nicest people you'll ever meet. She lives in Canada and stays in one of the suites several times a year. Her touch and attention to detail are evident from the moment you walk in.
The hotel staff is extremely cordial, knowledgeable, helpful, and speaks English. Antonio and Carlos who work at the front desk are absolute dolls! They have both become friends of mine. Did I mention 24-hour security and safes in the room? Not that you need it; this place feel so safe; I often leave my room to go up to the roof and leave the door open and unlocked.
West Grove, Pa
Hotel and Staff are wonderful. Staff was great with directions and any needs were filled quickly. Location could not be better. A few blocks off the main street so noise is not a concern. 1 block to the grocery store which has everything. Malecon is just a few blocks away.
Panoramic view from the rooftop view is spectacular!
Suite has everything you need including a cooler to take to the rooftop or the beach. Perfect for couples.
We will be returning.

Relax in PV
Loved this smaller Hotel close to the Malecon (5min walk) We stayed in 401 just a short walk up the stairs to the rooftop deck pool and jacuzzi.
The staff was always friendly and helpful (especially antonio and the manager Jose Luis) Susie was very helpful before the trip and during with suggestions on restaurants (we went to El Burracuda twice) and other info. We hope to be back again but next time for a longer stay.
New Westminster, BC
best vacation ever
A very well appointed unit. There wasn't anything we could wish for that wasn't provided. We very much enjoyed the roof top pool, and the 50 steps to thge beach. There is a grocery store a block away, and the prices beat Wal-marts. We considered staying at an all-inclusive, but I am so happy we didn't. Didn't want to leave..I truly didn't.
The only negative, and it is a minor one at that, was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Such a beautiful tiled, glass enclosed shower, and it begs for a waterfall.
Relaxing, great beach and walking distance to shopping and centra
Big friendly beach and beach club, excellent service, reasonable prices.
Neat, clean , comfortable condo. We like the grocery store very close; perfect to buy everything you need for the condo you can go and buy your breakfast, appetizers all ready made yummy guacamole wine to go with it and than enjoy the roof terrace
Relaxing and only steps away to all of the amenities required fo
The staff at Hotel Suites Nadia are top notch! Super friendly and helped out in so many ways that made our holiday stress free and relaxing. We enjoyed the condo and the security of this location. The drawback was Mangos thumping below us all day and into the evening. We enjoyed the pool area and the hot tub and the amazing view! The step out the door and into the daily activity of PV was fun. It was great to have the grocery story steps away and being a hop and a skip to the great shopping, the bus route and the malacon. We liked the small setting of this condo development and we will definitely recommend it to our friends. Read more

Happy to hear that you had a relaxing and stress free vacation. I did tell you that due to the fact that you where staying over Xmas and New Years which is the busiest time of year ( as well as Easter Week ) it is the liveliest and most boisterous that you will experience. Look forward to having you both stay again.

condo was great, location was great, susan (the owner) was great. loved the neighborhood, was an easy place from which to get anywhere in town and anywhere north and south along the coast via the bus. the staff was also super helpful and friendly.

What's not to like about a well-appointed condo situated on a quiet beach front within 5 minutes of the famous Malecon? I almost hate to share this great find in case it's not available when we return to Puerto Vallarta! Everything you could possibly need is supplied, the bed is super comfy, and the view from the rooftop pool and sauna is spectacular. The neighborhood streets are quaint and felt safe to walk around. Susan is very friendly and gave us lots of great suggestions for her favourite local eateries and shopping. We had a great stay at #301 Nadia Suites and will definitely return. Read more

Great to meet both of you and look forward to having you stay with us again. Really glad that you had such a wonderful vacation.
Huntington Beach, California
My fiancée and I enjoyed a relaxing 8-night stay in early December - it was the perfect place to celebrate our recent engagement. It's in a quaint and authentic part of town and very close the Malecon - we walked with ease several times during our stay and took a cab a few times. Cabs are plentiful in this area and inexpensive. We were also fairly close to the Marina and Cruise Ship Dock as well - which is a meeting point for many of the excursions that are available in P.V. So you have it all without the crowds of the large resorts!
There is a beach club in front of the Beach Condos Nadia where you can use their lounge chairs / beach beds for the price of a drink - free - you just need to order some beverages. The hotel also features a small Jacuzzi and dipping pool as well as several chairs for relaxing. We watched the sunset several times from this location. It was also a great place to read, have some drinks, and just kick-back. The units feature a kitchen with everything you need to feel at home - coffee maker, small fridge, glasses, utensils, etc. And the super market is super close so we stocked up on our first day there with snacks and beverages.
The only thing that we weren't 100% happy with was the water pressure in the shower. It's not very strong and we're used to powerful showers. But it wasn't a big deal - got used to it. If you've traveled much then I am certain you won't be bothered.
Susan Samuel was a gracious host (had flowers in the suite for us which were lovely!) and we had the pleasure of meeting her on our last day there - she'd suggested some wonderful spots for dining and it's clear she takes great pride in her rentals and in providing a fantastic experience for her guests. You can't find a better value in P.V.!
Huntington Beach, California
perfectly suited our needs
I stayed with a friend at Nadia Suites for four nights in november. The newly built hotel was located right in the center of downtown, so we had many choices for food, including a grocery store right around the corner. It was small and intimate, which suited our needs perfectly. The concierge was extremely helpful as to the many activities available in Puerto Vallarta. The best part was looking out the window onto the beach and hearing the sound of the waves all night.

A truly modern Mexican experience in a vibrant local neighbourhood. Those looking for the contrived and artificial all inclusive experience need not apply.
Suzie was great to deal with and her unit#401 is the best suite to rent. It also has the most comfortable bed I have ever had anywhere in Mexico.
The management and staff are great and are truly there to enhance your vacation. Any issues were dealt with promptly. The rooftop pool and sunbathing area is what really makes Condos Nadia a great spot. After hours visitors to the roof can be irritating and noisy for those staying in #401 but a quick call to the front desk should solve the problem. We plan on returning.
Perfect beach location
We spent aug 20-29th at Susan's condo #401.
It was perfect for two people - the hotel is lovely and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Suite was well equiped and very clean, AC worked perfectly. Susan was very easy to deal with, especially since this was a last minute booking..look forward to staying again.
Hotel nadia suites was a wonderful place to vacation. The location worked well for us and the wonderful employees were always helpful, fun, and willing to practice spanish with us. The only complaint we had was that the kitchen cabinets had a strong mildew smell, which made it hard to prepare food in the kitchen. Read more
Response from Susan Samuel - 09/13/2011
We are glad that you had such a wonderful vacation.
During the rainy season it is common for mildew odors to develop virtually overnite due to the prevailing humidity. If the maids or the general manager where made aware of the problem then they would have been more then happy to address the issue for you.

Great place, wonderful location... and then there's the bed!
My cousin's and my stay at Susie's place in Hotel Suites Nadia was everything we wanted and more. The location was perfecto... we could walk into Viejo Vallarta, take a quick inexpensive cab ride or even get on a local bus. If we wanted to go north to the Hotel district or to the port where the cruises depart or the casino inside the Galleria Mall, that was easy too. Best of all, we were just steps from the wonderful beach. The hotel staff were really helpful, recommending tours, making dinner reservations, and even giving us an umbrella when it rained one night! Inez kept the rooms spotless. The condo has everything you need for your stay and there's even a local supermarket down the block so you can get provisions including tequila! Your Puerto Vallarta experience begins the minute you leave the hotel. We enjoyed exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. Cg's, which is the next door restaurant, has excellent food and ambience. You can rent their beachside lounges for only a few pesos. There's parasailing too. Of couse, there's also the rooftop pool with its magnificent view. Our vacation was divine. Oh! And then there's the bed. After a full day of activity we came back to one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Thank you Susie for touching base with us throughout our trip to make sure all was well. Your personal attention was greatly appreciated. You truly made Beach Condos Nadia our home away from home.
Our vacation was great. Condo has spectacular views of ocean and sunset and has a great location with a easy walk to downtown.

Great location, Great Food
This is a wonderful little condo. Nice little kitchen space and little patio space for two. We ate many meals overlooking the ocean/beach. The main drag is just two blocks away and there is a supermarket and lots of good $1 taco stands one block away. The beach is a little rocky, and the nearby beach club did play dance music most days from 11am to 11pm but it's all so close! The rooftop pool was a great place to relax. Fun stay. Thanks Susan! The location of Nadia Suites is great - close to the beach, the grocery, great restaurants, the late-night taco stands. But being on the property - in the rooms or on the rooftop pool deck - is quiet and relaxing. A perfect view of the ocean and hearing the waves completes the experience.
The staff is very nice and accommodating, but not intrusive. Although the suites are often booked solid, it still feels like perhaps this is your own condo and you have the place to yourself.
The construction and decor are modern and the amenities are just right. The tile & glass shower doesn't have great water pressure, but envisioning bathing in a small waterfall usually makes up for that.
The small rooftop eternity pool and hottub is the capstone, for the view and the relaxation. I wouldn't recommend it for young children because of its size and for safety.
It's great to stay on a property and have the services you need and enjoy the gentler pace of Mexico.
Awesome Small Hotel
My husband and I stayed in Susan's Suite #401 unit and it was just perfect for the two of us. Suite #401 is also the best suite in the house. Fantastic views of the ocean from our room and location wise it was the best. The hotel is located approximately 3 blocks from the Malecon (boardwalk) and not even very far from the Romantic Zone. My husband and I always enjoyed the walks. There is a grocery store about 1/2 block away where you can get everything you need. Right in front of the hotel is a restaurant/bar called the Majestic (use to be called Chery Seven) where they have "happy hour" from 11am - 1pm and then from 5pm - 7pm where Margaritas were 2 for 1. Menu prices were extremely reasonable and I really enjoyed their fish tacos. They also do a custom salsa right in front of you which we ordered every day ... we like it spicy, spicy! This restaurant was great to hang out at since they have beautiful lounge chairs and beds to hang out on right on the beach. The roof top restaurant was not open during our stay. Great roof top pool too! Read more

Thank you P & L and I am really glad that you had such a great time.
The rooftop restaurant has been closed for over a year now and we have no plans to reopen it as there are so many other great places to eat and the rooftop is much more private this way!!
Perfect location for a great PV vacation
My husband & I spent a week at Hotel Nadia Suites in Puerto Vallarta in late February. The location is absolutely perfect for us. We're walkers, and the Old Town/El Centro location of HSN was great for getting to the Malecon (about 3 blocks), to the beach (about 60 steps), to Ley's supermarket (across the street), to residential areas, to the hotel zone, everywhere. The staff are very nice, very accommodating. The suites (we stayed in 301 and 401) are not huge, but certainly big enough for two. The sound of the surf is constant which is so soothing; fabulous sunsets from the little private patio just outside your door. Very clean, well-equipped kitchenette, super comfortable beds, good-sized bathroom, maid service every second day, and towels and chairs provided for the beach. The rooftop patio has four lounge chairs, and two table-and-chair set ups, a hot tub and a small infiniti pool. Infiniti pool isn't heated, but if it's hot enough outside that doesn't matter! You get two personal-sized bottles of water with each maid service, and an in-suite safe for valuables. The restaurant (currently The Majestic) next door didn't present any problems re noise, and the beach is much quieter than those further down the Malecon. Would we stay there again - oh definitely! So glad you had such a great time L & B.
The infinity pool usually is heated, however during your stay, the heating element had been ordered and had not yet arrived.
(as the previous one had broken)
Looking forward to having you stay with us again.
Great stay at Beach Condos Nadia
We stayed in suite 301 which is owned by Susan Samuel, and highly recommend staying there. The location is excellent - just a 5-10 minute walk to the Malecon - Boardwalk area. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within an easy walk. The condo was very clean and quiet. There are only 11 units in 4 floors, so you definitely get the feel of a boutique experience. The staff was absolutely outstanding in all regards; most young men with bright smiles, eager to help. They speak English, but are more than willing to help you with Spanish. The roof-top infinity pool is pretty cool - definitely worth a daily visit. We also liked the beach in front of the condo - not too crowded and nice for swimming. Pricewise, an excellent value. Working with Susan Samuel was a wonderful experience. She actually called our home to answer any questions we had about her #301 condo. We would definitely stay again, but would try for condo #401 on the top floor. It has a slightly better ocean view.

Could not have asked for more1
We returned home last night after a delightful stay in Suzie's suite 401 at HSN. Suzie made things easy and convenient during the booking and the condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. The suite is the largest in the 10 condo hotel and was perfectly equipped for a three week stay in Puerto Vallarta. The views are wonderful and the staff at the front desk and in housekeeping were friendly and warm and efficient.
Any questions or difficulties were quickly answered and put to rest. We were able to walk everywhere and, for the first time in many visits to PV, never once needed a taxi to shuttle us to dinner or an event.
The new Theatre is steps away and was a pleasant surprise. We spent two evenings enjoying shows and were struck by the convenience of the location. Restaurants and shopping are close by and the grocery store, Ley's, is right across the street.
The pool is small but the entire area upstairs is clean and warm so we spent entire days lounging around and relaxing along with the other HSN guests.
We were lolled to sleep by the sound of the waves and the ubiquitous street sounds of Mexico.
We have already spoken up and will be returning next year!
Thank-you, Suzie, for sharing a lovely homelike vacation condo with us!

Awesome...already planning to back!!!
We just returned from PV Suites Nadia 401. This place is great! We were able to cook some meals in the room and enjoyed our coffee on the roof top by the pool in the mornings. Excellent panaramic view... The place is within walking distance to the malecon and old town. We would take the bus to old town then walk back or just stroll the malecon. There are interesting shops and people close to the hotel. Leys supermarket is close for all of your needs. Because the hotel is small we were able to meet many other people who were staying. The room was big enough for two people. Having internet available was a bonus. This was our first time renting a condo and Suzie was very helpful...she provided us with alot of great information before we left. Thank you to Josie and antonio at the front desk for sharing stories and giving us directions. Thanks also to Inez for keeping our room in tip top shape. It was a bit cold for this time of the year and another blanket for our bed would have been nice but we managed. The only concern I had was the hot tube could use cleaning more often especially around the waters edge... I have not doubt that Josie Luis will take care of this. We loved this place and are already planning our next trip...the best part is that we had access to many places to eat , shops, and we could walk or take the bus almost any where. We would definitely recommend this place to those who like to explore downtown and meet new friends. Thanks you Suzie...

Hidden Gem in downtown PV
After years of searching for the perfect place in downtown Puerto Vallarta, we finally found Hotel Suites Nadia. We could easily walk to all of our favorites places and restaurants in the heart of the city-- and return to what felt like our own private oasis at the end of the day.
The hotel's location truly can't be beat. It is right on the ocean about two blocks off the main drag. We couldn't hear a peep of noise at night coming from the street. A supermarket is right next door along with some amazing street taco stands. We walked everywhere and could be on the Malecon in 10 minutes.
The hotel itself is very modern. We felt like we were staying at a friend's cool studio apartment in Manhattan-- with a view of the ocean! Suzie Samuel, the owner of 301 where we stayed (along wth 401 directly above) has tastefully decorated the place and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved that she had beach chairs in the closet along with just about anything you might have forgotten at home in one of the cabinets. The staff, especially antonio, went out of their way to help with anything we needed.
While our room had a view of the ocean from both the living area and the little breakfast patio nook, the best view in the house is the rooftop pool and hot tub. We spent many hours up there, most of them without seeing any other hotel guests. You can take in a stunning sunset while also looking across all of downtown and the mountains.
This place beat our expectations on every level. Some new friends we met who were staying at the marina for much higher prices summed it up best when they saw our place: "We got robbed!" Thanks Suzie for being the perfect host! Read more

Easy and relaxing
Couldn't have asked for a better time! The staff was friendly and attentive, the building was clean and quiet, we felt like we owned the rooftop patio area! Close enough to stroll to the Malecon with all the amenities one could need, but far enough away to not have any of the traffic or nightclub noise. Slept like a baby to the sound of ocean waves every night. Would definitely recommend it and would come back again!
Condos nadia was a great place to stay...right in downtown and on the beach...and by 6 taco stands. My boyfriend (now fiance) was in heaven. We got engaged on the beach right in front of the condo. We loved the pool and hot tub on the roof. The manager and particularly, Antonio were wonderful and bowed to our every whim. New Years in Puerto Vallarta is crazy awesome. There are also some really great restaurants. Highly recommend it! Read more

We needed some down time; no phones, no work, just to unconnect. Nadia is right on the water, you can hear the sounds of the waves by sitting in your living room. The space is perfect for two people. You are also right downtown in PV. Thanks Susan
Listenn to the waves 24/7
Beach Condos Nadia are perfect. A wonderful Canadian woman named Suzy owns and rents out #301 and #401; I saw her ad on Craig's List when I was looking for a last minute rental in PV where I could see the ocean and listen to the waves 24/7. I found it. The condo is a cute apartment with a kitchen w/ all amenities (stove, frig, juicer, coffeemaker, blender, microwave). There's a small rooftop pool & jacuzzi, a supermarket one block away. The people who work at the reception desk & housekeeping are the nicest. The place is very safe, even for a woman traveling alone. No smoking was a plus for me. I rented #301, and Suzy & her husband, Mike, were in #401. They are very warm people and became friends. If there's a choice between 301 and 401, take 401; the view is better, but 301 works just fine. You can hear the waves from the bedroom, the bathroom... And free internet access for your laptop.
I can't wait to be back again !!
This was a perfect place to stay. My boyfriend and I stayed their with his mom for roughly a week. It was amazing how the staff are always making sure that we have everything we need and they were very helpful for many questions we had. The roof was our favorite place to be with a beautiful beach view and the bustling city behind you. The suite we were in was a great size even for the 3 of us and plenty of shopping bags !!

Terrific Vacation Destination!
Our much needed and long awaited vacation was perfect in every way. I arrived at the lovely condo/hotel to a warm welcome. Suite 401 is just fabulous. Location is super, in a great area of town that is safe, fun and very interesting. Everything you need is at your fingertips. My 25 yr. old son and his girlfriend arrived the next day. Their first time to Mexico. When they woke up the first morning it was like Christmas. Excited and wide eyed, ready to meet Puerto Vallarta. The week was filled with so many great memories. We did several tours as well as the parasailing right on the beach in front of the condo. We loved the Malecon Boardwalk and all the cool shops, restaurants and great nightlife. But it's really the people who make it so special. Warm, kind, gentle and very giving...we felt their hospitality wherever we went. Every day was an adventure. The second week my boyfriend arrived and we had a lovely week of fun and relaxation. Also many gorgeous sunsets. We loved the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The view is second to none. The staff in the hotel are all wonderful. Always smiling and ready to help in any way. We met many fellow Canucks around the town. It's a magical place and we definitely will return to PV as well as to Beach Condo Nadia. We simply loved it there! Thank you Susan for making it so easy and taking the time to share lots of "must sees" which I really appreciated in advance. Salud!

Exactly what we were looking for!
We stayed at the Nadia condo #301, which is superbly located on the beach and a minute walk (or less) to a full service grocery store which accepts USD (and paid at a rate over 12:1), the bus line and a few food vendors. Despite the proximity to these venues, the condo was quietly situated next to the beach, save for the calming pounding of the surf. We were able to walk about 15 minutes to get to the flea market along the Malecon, which always had something exciting going on. The 24-hour staff at Nadia were all very friendly and helpful and spoke good to very good English. The view from our room opened up to the ocean while the lower condos would look directly at a former night club which needed some debris cleaned up. The condo has all of the amenities for a comfortable weeks stay or longer and, most importantly, the bed was firm and comfortable, but not hard like most beds in Mexico. Nadia is also very new and tastefully done, if not chic.
The top floor has an infinity pool and hot tub which, although a bit cold most of the time, was wonderful to relax in with a breath-taking, memorable view. Most days started or ended with some time spent here. For the money, this was the best place we've found in Puerto Vallarta...it's one of the top rated places to stay in PV for good reason.
Last, and certainly not least the owner, Susan, ensured that everything worked out smoothly before, during and after our stay and had good tips to further enhance our stay. All of this came together to make this one of the best vacations ever!
I loved Hotel Suites Nadia. It was such a great deal. The suite we stayed in was clean, close to everything, and very modern. The rooftop pool was relaxing and had a great view. My husband and I are already planning to go back next year.
My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this beach front condo and had an amazing time! The staff was fantastic and did a great job taking care of us. The room was beautiful and exactly what we wanted, as we were able to cook most of our own meals and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was perfect as we were on the beach yet close enough to town that we could walk to any place we wanted to eat. We really enjoyed that we were not in the touristy areas and were able to explore more of the authentic Puerto Vallarta.
Perfect for Mexico
My girlfriend and I are both hospitality professionals and are currently employed at five star properties. It never made sense to me to go to a place so rich in culture like Mexico and PVR only to be locked up and fed fish sticks on the whims of a closely adhered schedule. But hey, to each their own. . . . Any how our idea of a vacation is to go as the locals go. Ride the bus, shop at the grocery store, cook with local ingredients, etc. If you feel the same way then Susan's Nadia suites are for you. I rated in four stars overall and three for service because of luxury amenities and services that the hotel is obviously without (spa, restaurant, room service, etc.) BTW, the Four Seasons is up the coast about an hour away if you want to pay for those amenities.
Perfect location on the beach, steps from the bus stop, steps from Ley (great supermercado), 20 minute walk to Los Muertos pier, and there are only mega resorts to the north so why bother. Next time I will take the suite on the fourth for a bit better view from the room. The view from the roof cannot be beaten and as it was off season we virtually always had it to ourselves. Rooms were new, modern, and clean. Was surprised to not even see and ant. Kitchenette works for a novice cook and those with a bit of technique can gourmet it up with the addition of a little portable grill under the sink. We walked about six blocks up El Salvador to the local open air market to grab a kilo snapper for about $12 to grill it at sunset! Worked perfect.
Great value! We will be back and I tell every traveler like us about our new find. I only hope Susan will remember me as to get a reservation. The only thing on the wish list is an iPhone/Pod stereo connection or a CD player but we made due. It's Mexico. . . . Read more

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Beach Condos Nadia in Suite 301. It was a pleasure to have had you stay with us and we are looking forward to seeing you in the future.
This owner has the best unit of Hotel Suites Nadia!
My girlfriend and I stayed in Susan's 401 unit in
mid-February and we loved everything about it! It
was modern, convenient (location-wise), affordable,
clean, and well-maintained. The view of our unit?
Simply the best...
The staff was friendly and they cared for the guests'
security and safety. Not a moment did we feel that
our belongings would be stolen.
Suite #401 is the highest and roomiest unit in the
hotel. This was an end unit, and there's only 3 units
each floor. We couldn't hear a single thing from the
next door unit, thank goodness.
We thought the location was simply unbeatable! We're
the couple that loves to explore the city so having
the hotel within walking distance to the Malecon was
a huge plus! The hotel was far enough from the busy
streets and noise even though it was very close to
As for convenience, there is a rooftop restaurant
called the Luiz Del Mar.. They make delicious shrimp
quesidillas! There's a convenience store "Exxo" and a
local supermarket literally a half-a-block away. If
you wanted some drinks or a place to tan, the brand
new bar in front of the hotel called "Cherry Seven"
has plenty of space for you to lounge around on their
beds and beach chairs.
If I wanted to be nit picky, I'd say the shower
pressure could've been a little stronger. The rooftop
hot tub wasn't as hot as we would've liked.
Nonetheless these things didn't bother us a single
We really loved the kitchenette. The mini fridge kept
our Gatorade cool and ice cream frozen. This unit was
loaded with everything we needed! There's a comfy
couch in the living area.. there was also a safe in
the bedroom, big enough to fit my laptop. There's an
Air Con unit and a Flat-screen TV in both the bedroom
and living area. There was a wired internet
connection in the unit, and WIFI on the rooftop while
you lie one of the beach chairs. Seriously, all this
for the price we paid for is a serious steal.
Thanks again Susan for the wonderful Pto Vallarta
experience! Read more

Great property and location!
My husband and I stayed through Christmas and New Years. The location is ideal; close to everything: the beach, the malecon, restaurants and shopping. The suite was lovely, as were the staff. We've never stayed in a boutique hotel before and found the experience to be very personal. We enjoyed having our own kitchen and shopping at the local market daily. There were times we had the private rooftop and infinity pool all to ourselves. You can't get a better view!! The beach is never crowded and every night we were treated to a fireworks disply from the Pirate Ship out in the bay. Fabulous sunsets. The only drawback for us was the 24/7 construction that was going on in front of the hotel, which was quite disturbing. Then they opened a disco there. We understand the construction is complete and the disco is not operating, so it shouldn't be a problem for anyone planning to stay here. We'd go back again. Read more

A PERFECT VACATION
My significant other and I stayed at Beach Condos Nadia in January and I
can honestly say it was a fabulous experience.
The rooftop pool and jacuzzi have a sweeping view of the entire bay and
town and there is also a wonderful restaurant on the roof that is open for
breakfast and lunch.
The rooftop is your to enjoy in the evenings and we had many beautiful
sunsets there. The condos are very modern and were exactly as
pictured.The beds are extremely
comfortable and the suite was well equipped with whatever we needed.
We went to sleep ever night listening to the sounds of the crashing
waves.The location cannot be beat.
It is in the old part of the city and within walking distance to everything. The
grocery store Lays is just up the street and I would go every
morning for freash fruit and pastries to have with coffee. We
bar-b-qued on the roof-top deck at night.
This part of the city has still retained the charm of Mexico. The beach is
great and not very crowded with tourists or vendors. There is a lovely beach
club in front as well where you can have lunch and there are loungers and
I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great and
relaxing experience. The owner Susan, was professional and sweet. I felt
extremely safe and well looked after the entire time we were there. They
responded to any of our questions promptly and did everything to ensure
our stay at Beach Condos Nadia was a perfect experience.
