This Beachfront condo at Sea River Towers at the Holiday Inn Resort in Puerto Vallarta is in the heart of the bustling hotel zone, and just eight minutes from downtown, on what has to be one of the most beautiful beaches for miles around.
Enjoy our Ocean front condo with a magnificent 9th floor view of Banderas Bay and down town Puerto Vallarta. The condo has one large bedroom with two double beds, dresser and a TV, a sunken living room with sofa bed (can sleep 1) and love seat, a fully-equipped kitchenette (refrig/microwave) with a buffet counter. Part of the Holiday Inn / Sea River complex. Centrally located between the Marina and Downtown. A grocery store is a couple blocks away and in walking distance. Starbucks around the corner as well. Taxi's on site and bus stop at end of complex that will take you where you want to go. Great location!!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Tranquila in May of 2009 to celebrate my 40th birthday and we LOVED IT! . I highly recommend staying at Casa Tranquila. The condo is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and there is a nice size balcony, kitchen, and eating area, all with great ocean and pool views. The pool is nice size with plenty of lounge chairs available and a swim up bar. The Staff at Casa Tranquila are very friendly, helpful and readily available to assist you at anytime.
Another great advantage of staying at Casa Traquila is the locations. The condo is centrally located, so you can walk or take a short 5.00 plus tip tab ride to downtown Puerta Vallarta for the night life or for a more relax evening take a walk to the romantic district which is consider old Puerta Varta.
My husband and I had so much fun that we are now planning our second trip to Puerta Varta and plan to stay at Casa Trapuila again. We can’t wait to go back.
Travelers tip:
Make sure you check out PePee restaurant great food with a fun atmosphere.
Take a walk along the board walk and checkout Burrows on the beach.
Bring lots of singles for tips.
Make sure you take a earlier afternoon trip to Los Veranos and try the Zip lines it’s fantastic.
Lastly, Ladies make sure you bring a pair of flats to wear downtown the side walks are made of cobblestone and are uneven.
