What a lovely,well appointed condo. Perfect vacation getaway. Have stayed twice and hope to return. Beautiful bedrooms, great layout. Gas bar-b-q for grilling delicious dinner. We could walk to the beach and downtown. Pool steps from condo. Thrice weekly maid service. Could not ask for a better holiday home.

This is a great place to stay...It is private, quiet, but yet close enough to downtown. We would always walk into town, but only once had the cardio capacity to walk back to the condo. Cab rides are cheap. Speaking of cabs...I would definitely use Juan...# provided when you book...He was awesome.. Perfect English..Next time we are invited to his home! Casa Vista Linda has great. Alfredo met us as we arrived from the airport as promised. He arranged for a local 'chef' to come in and cook for us one night...what a treat & very very inexpensive fee to her. You won't be sorry if you book this condo...We will be back for sure.

We first spied this condo while renting in this building 4 yrs. ago. We drooled over the 1st floor "on the pool" location - just 4 steps from the veranda! The spacious floor plan, the gracious decor, the outdoor cabana (palapa), the private grill, the luscious foliage, the eye popping view of Bandera Bay and Viejo Vallarta (Old Town Vallarta) and the proximity to Los Muertos beach - all spelled "We've just got to stay there"!!!
Now we've done it - owners Bob & Linda are such gracious people in every way! We've come for our annual migration (just like the Humpback Whales) to PV for the past 18 years. Needless to say - we love it here! Being in this condo is even better than just viewing it from the outside. When one tastes paradise, one no longer looks elsewhere. This is a beautiful accommodation - our "New Home Away From Home". I like to cook, write and play music (guitar), swim and read - have found no better place to do all of these - so romantic! -

We rented from Linda, who is a beautiful person by the way, she made everything easy from the beginning to the end. When you walk in this massive beautiful home/condo and look out at the view the bay and infinity pool just a few steps away, you feel like you are so so special to be here. The beds are so comfortable, bathrooms extremely spacious, AC will cool you down quickly, Linda has thought of everything, the kitchen has every little gadget/tool you find at Rachael Rays kitchen. We would go down the hill cross the road and take the steps to the beach or restaurants. Linda is so nice and makes booking her home easy, can't wait to return next November.

We've been coming to PV for over 20 years and have stayed in every imaginable type of accommodation, from timeshare to all-inclusive, to boutique hotels, and without doubt, Casa Vista Linda is my absolute favorite. The condo is well-built, modern and clean with a wonderful open design with walls of windows that disappear to create an open expanse encompassing the view of the infinity pool and the Bay of Banderas beyond. It is decorated beautifully with every convenience you could desire for comfort and entertainment. Eva cleans three times a week and even manages to do so without disturbing the flow of activity among the guests.
We did a lot of our own cooking and had so much fun enjoying margaritas at poolside followed by simple dinners as we watched a gorgeous sunset. The location is ideal for those who love the old town area of Puerto Vallarta and the more mountainous, jungle side of town near Conchas Chinas. Los Muertos Beach is just steps (120 to be exact) away with all the beachside amenities you could want--restaurants, shopping, etc.
The owners have provided a wonderful notebook full of recommendations for everything from favorite restaurants, taxis, massage--even medical care. My husband needed dental work which we were able to quickly obtain thanks to those recommendations. My daughter became a regular with Rosie's Beach Massage with daily foot massages while watching the waves roll in.
The only problem is leaving--we all wished we could have stayed longer. It's a little piece of paradise and it gets my very highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed!!

My wife and I usually stay at pricier all-inclusive resorts on our tropical vacations, but we opted for a vacation rental this time, since we have a one-year-old. With a rental property like this, I wish we'd made the switch-over sooner! The walk to the beach was very manageable, but the pool was so serene and the property was so nice that we didn't leave the grounds as much as we initially expected.
We opted to have the cook make the second day of meals for us - after that, we asked her to return for the majority of our stay, since the food was so delicious. in the past; this condo is by far the absolute best! Casa Vista Linda is professionally decorated with beautiful decor, comfortable beds and a breathtaking view of Banderas Bay and all of Puerto Vallarta. The infinity pool is gorgeous,heated to a comfortable 85 degrees, and steps away from front gate. Casa Vista Linda is just flat out gorgeous !! From the moment we entered the grounds from the elevator, our entire group just kept on commenting how absolutely beautiful every aspect of the property was. From the manicured lawn, shrubs, and flowers to the huge covered palapa, to the amazing infinity pool with built in lounging seats , the exterior grounds of this property makes you feel as if you are in paradise. And oh - did I mention the view??? From the south hillside location of Casa Vista Linda, one can easily see from Los Muertos beach near the bottom of the hill and all along Banderas Bay to the Nuevo Vallarta resort areas.
As wonderful as the grounds are at Casa Vista Linda, the condo itself rivals the grounds in beauty and comfort. This sprawling condo is quite spacious and incredibly decorated. The rooms at Casa Vista Linda are all unique from the layout, to the sturdy furniture, to the decorations and art contained in each room. Just sitting in or strolling around each room, the immediate thing one notices is the cool art decorating each room. But beyond the art, one starts to notice amazing workmanship and design put into the construction of the rooms - river rock walls, fountain/water feature, beautifully tiled floors, concave lighted recessions areas in ceilings to name a few.
We loved our stay at Casa Vista Linda and think is a top of the line condo in Puerto Vallarta. I highly recommend this property for your family - you won't be disappointed.

This condo is gorgeous inside and out. It is the nicest place I've stayed in Mexico, by far. The pool is right in front- so the view of blue seemlessly expands out to ocean. It is private, but close to everything. Linda was a pleasure to work with. The staff was there when needed- and friendly. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare your gourmet meals. We had massage therapist come to condo and give us awesome massages in back jungle view room. How romantic! We feel so lucky to have found this place!

The condo is beautifully decorated,spacious, with two master bedroom suites located on a hillside with incredible views of the ocean and the city. It's on the ground floor in a secured building with a lovely infinity pool (big enough for swimming) a few steps from the patio. My husband and I have enjoyed several vacations there and have loved every minute!!

Absolutley amazing doesn't even begin to desciribe this place. There are many reasons why this will be my third year in a row to visit Casa Vista Linda. The condo is huge and furnished top notch from the bed sheets to the appliances. The place was very clean and was maintained by the very nice maid. every couple of days. It had all the comforts of home from a stocked kitchen, to the washer/ dryer to towels for the beach. The location is ideal because it provides a perfect view of the city and bay and is still only about a 10 minute walk to the beach and old town. One of the most favorite things to do is wake up in the morning, sit on the wrap around porch with my coffee and just take in the view that looks out over the infinity pool. The pool is only three steps down from the porch and feels like it is our yard. An authentic chef is offered (very reasonable) if you want to put on a dinner party or you can go to the local supermarket and make your own meals. This is the best of both worlds if you want to save a little money making your own meals with a more intimate dinner, go to a local restaraunt, or take advantage of the chef services. The condo is gated and secured and at no time was I worried at all. The value of this rental is unmatched today. With several friends that I rented with, it only came out a few hundered dollars each for an entire week. You can't beat this at a hotel. Other condos I found online at the same price were not even comparable to the quality. Hopefully you can tell that I can't say enough great things about this place and the experience I have year after year. The only negative thing I have to say is that the week is never long enough. Outstanding Linda and thanks for what is now a tradition with a few close friends.

This will be our third year to stay at Casa Vista Linda. The owners are great to work with, they make sure you have all of the contacts needed to have a great stay. The condo is absolutely breath taking with the large living room, and openess to the unit. We love being able to walk right off of the balcony into the pool. there is just a short walk down the hill to the beach and town, however if you dont feel like walking its just a $3.00 taxi ride.
This truly is our home away from home, and we look forward to our 10 day stay here every year.

Top choice! There are many places to rent, but none with the elegance, beauty and comfort of this one. From the original art at the front door and through-out the condo to the spacious bathrooms each with an oversize jacuzzi, we bask in pure luxury. Three steps across the marble floors and through the living room, and we are at the beautiful infinity pool on comfortable lounges. Fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to eat in, but great local restaurants offer tempting options!
We were greeted by the concierge upon our arrival and she made sure we had all our questions answered. The location is convenient, excellent restaurants just a short walk down the hill.
We will keep returning to Casa Vista Linda!
