Vallarta Penthouse is located in the Peninsula development, a beachfront resort in Puerto Vallarta. We are located between downtown and the marina, both of which are an easy five-minute cab ride away. We have taxis on-site, and the bus stop is a short walk away. If you prefer to have your own car, we provide two dedicated parking spots in Peninsula's secure, underground garage.

Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter) are $1200 per night. Refundable security deposit is $1000. Renter pays for electricity usage. 50% reservation deposit at time of booking; balance of rent due two months before arrival. We accept personal check, wire transfer, or credit card.

The owner and the staff are super nice and accommodating to any need. The property is spectacular view upkeep appliances and complicated but amazing tv and surround sound stereo in every room. Media room was amazing and can't beat the sunsets from this vantage point anywhere in the world.

We were a party of eight and recently stayed at this beautiful condo for seven days. The owner as well as all staff members were very accomodating and attentive to our needs. The view from the condo will be very difficult to match anywhere in the world. An excellent grilled lunch with various items to choose is available at a nominal cost with great waiters. Taxis were immediatley available for a ride to town or the marina or a stop at Wal-Mart. The condo is in a great location, short ride to airport or anywhere else you want to go. The home is very spacious and certainly was large enough for our group of eight. We would highly recommend a stay at this condo. Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to visit again soon.

This place is honestly amazing. I stayed at this Penthouse last april. As a first-timer to Puerto Vallarta, I could not have chosen a more visitor friendly location and space. The location itself is ideal: it is about half way between the airport and downtown. There is a Starbucks (yes, I admit I have a little addiction) within steps of the towers as well as an aTM. There is also plenty of taxis available any time of day waiting for you beyond the security gate. Speaking of security, there is security 24 hours a day at the Peninsula. It adds just the right amount of comfort for a stay in Mexico. You are also situated a quick stroll away from a full, axing grocery store, that has anything you would need for your stay. I don't like to go out to eat every day I'm on vacation, so this was perfect for us. You will want to take full advantage of the state of the art kitchen, perfectly designed for entertaining and cooking. It has an island/bar that opens up to the great room and stainless steel appliances. You are also surrounded by amazing views constantly. There is ample enough space for a large party or, just a couple trying to retreat by themselves. The owners have done an incredible job of maximizing the ample space within their unit while still creating cozy, intimate retreats like in the master bedroom and upstairs lounge area. The bathrooms are all beautiful and have rain shower heads, adding to the luxurious feel of the condo. Also, Peninsula has a reputation: a good one at that. You definitely feel good when you tell locals and other visitors where you're staying and they say,"Aahhh...". It's a bit like the star-treatment, especially because you are in the penthouse and the wonderful concierge service you have just an elevator ride away. The owners did a great job keeping the feel of the condo clean and contemporary. It feels more akin to a 5-star resort than a condo. The pool side service and cabanas add to this experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in this fabulous penthouse for a week in March. The penthouse had 8 large rooms and 6 bathrooms within 5,000 sq. ft., easily accommodating up to 10 people. We looked at other condos in the Peninsula, and we couldn't believe the difference to be in this 2-story, open-air penthouse with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the 24 and 25th floors.
The penthouse's location provided spectaular views of the ocean, beach, marina, and mountains. We spent much time (and watched some beautiful sunsets) on the huge wrap-around balcony because it provided nearly 360-dgree views of Puerto Vallarta.
We were so comfortable in every room, and every detail was top-notch - the electronics including the surround sound system, the artwork, the linens, the appliances, right down to the Riedel wine glasses!
We found the location of the Peninsula to be perfect - it was central to activities and restaurants and yet had a quiet beach and beautiful pool. We had intentions of using the exercise room, but kept too busy. Although there is a movie theatre in the building (I think it holds 10 - 15 people), we didn't use it because we had our own media room with a large TV and U.S., Canadian, and Mexican cable channels. We couldn't believe the entire media experience -Tv's and surround sound in each room!
The on-site property staff made our local reservations for dinners, tours, and transportation - and they did so politely and promptly. As elegant as the Peninsula is, the staff was warm and friendly and helped you feel like family. The over-all experience was even better than the website portrays.
We highly recommend this two-story penthouse and are already planning to return. We found it to be well worth the price. It doesn't get any better than this! -

I visited Puerta Vallarta last winter and stayed at this beautiful condo with some friends. The space is stunning - extremely clean, comfortable, open and luxurious. The views from every room are breathtaking, and the amenities really can't be beat. It has a gourmet kitchen, private bedrooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, phenomenal balcony views, and great electronics throughout the condo (sound system, flat panel televisions, etc.). A lot of our time was spent around the pool, so I really appreciated that the there was a perfect view of the ocean and that poolside seating was abundant and comfortable. Also, the location was perfect for us because it is a private, new construction, yet still very close to the downtown area. There is a really great grocery store within walking distance as well. I had such a great experience staying here, so I will certainly be back!
