This almost new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium (3 bedroom condo is also available) is situated in the traditional, residential area of Cinco de Diciembre just north of the famous Malecon in Puerto Vallarta. The terrace views include the Mountains to the east and the Bay of Banderas to the west. Local shops and services are just a few blocks away and access to the Malecon and Romantic zone are easily accessible in minutes, by walking or local bus or taxi. There is a main bus/taxi route just one block away.

The well appointed kitchen has 14 ft ceilings if you appreciate doing your own cooking rather than sampling one of the 2,000 or so... restaurants in Vallarta, the condo is within 2 blocks of the local fresh fruit and fish market. Pick up the daily catch and make a marvelous fresh cooked meal in your own suite while chatting and watching TV with your family and guests.

The condo is just 5 blocks to the beautiful sandy beaches and shops and restaurants which line the amazing Bay of Banderas. The building also boasts a five foot deep rooftop infinity pool (heated)(suitable for doing laps on the one side) with male and female shower, washroom, and changing rooms, as well as an eating and charcoal barbecue area.

This 1500 sq.ft. top floor unit is fully air-conditioned and fully kitchen-equipped, including a separate laundry area with washer and dryer. Bed linens and towels are provided. The suite will be fully cleaned before you arrive, and extra maid service is available should you need it.

Each bedroom has its own a/c unit and ceiling fan, both of which are remote controlled from the comfort of your bed.

Each of the bedrooms has its own marble lined bathroom complete with sink and shower, and the Master Bedroom bathroom also includes a Jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms have ample built in storage for clothes.

The condo comes with wireless and wired internet but please bring your own computer. For your entertainment an LCD flat screen HDTV with 65 Spanish & English channels is in the living room.Read more

  FAB PLACE ON THE HILL WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS

  We Did not want to make a review on this place because we did not want any one to book it ! as we have stayed last year and booked up again this year ! it was a jewel in P/V just wanted to keep it a secret it has so many good points.
  Close to all amenities great beach just down the road feels very local and safe very friendly neighbours great little breakfast called TE LIMON just a short walk away
  Colin our host was very attentive and helpful to all our needs making sure the accommodation was top notch any small problems he just solved in a flash.
  Its a steep walk up the hill to get to it but you are re-warded by the stunning views when you get there, and its fun walking back down in the morning we took taxis to old P/V most mornings but its a great stroll along the mallecon ( a great shopping and beach walk to the old town ) which takes about 30m we often walked back late in the evening and felt completely safe at all times .
  When in the apartment its very safe with locked gates and camera but you don't feel its like apartments because it very well laid out as most apartments are privately owned
  Only thing you have to do is book up early to avoid disappointment

  Thanks for the review, I'm glad you guys really enjoyed your stay! I'm ready to welcome you back for your next trip this Xmas/New Years as well. You will also notice that the heated rooftop infinity pool has been completly renovated and there are steps now rather than a handrail to enter the pool. The rooftop lounger area has now all been resurfaced and there is a new Japanese style palapa covering the eating area where you can get a bit of shade after baking in the sun for too long! Have a great trip back!

  It was simple to deal with Colin from the start, even though I was arriving Christmas Day, he was there to greet me and help me settle in, he was most helpful in providing the basic essentials for my first night too. The outlook over the local area is always interesting, with the local residents going about their daily business, local parties and true Mexican flavour. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean. Terrific views from the roof top infinity pool and very peaceful and relaxing - will be returning for sure.

  Great location if you want to get a feel for the native charm of PV while enjoying the luxuries of a well kept and comfortable condo. Minutes to everything including beaches, shopping, board walk, and local taco stands. This could be very suitable for an extended vacation.
