This high end property is private for owners and renters. Entrances are gated and security is 24/7. Each of the 3 towers has a pool with Jacuzzi. Plus there are two large infinity pools next to the beach (in front of Tower 1000) with exquisite views of town, boating and beach activities. Located on the Bay of Banderas, on the Pacific coast, Puerto Vallarta is surrounded by the Sierra Madre mountains. The landscape is breathtaking; a mix of beach, jungle and mountains. The local culture of old Vallarta, with its beaches, malecon, churches, restaurants and shops, has been well preserved thus making Puerto Vallarta Mexico's most desirable resort location. PV is known for its friendly people, safe and secure environment, mild climate, lots of sunshine, beautiful sunsets, an active nightlife and endless choices for dining and activities. Located in the hotel zone, Grand Venetian is the newest and closest condo resort to (Centro) the center of the lovely, authentic Mexican town of Puerto Vallarta. Everything you need is within walking distance including multiple supermarkets, movie theaters with the latest films in English, many restaurants, Starbucks, Chili's, and even the only casino in PV is just a block away. Enjoy watching people, winter and spring whales and dolphins, volleyball, boats, cruise ships, fireworks, the glittering lights of the town, all from your spacious condo. Local buses for the 10 minute ride to town are just 6 pesos (no more than 60 cents). Taxis are readily available and also inexpensive.
The Grand Venetian property opened in winter, 2008 with the first of three towers (1000). Tower 1000 is angled with the best views of town, the bay and coastline and the mountain backdrop. This high end property is private for owners and renters. Entrances are gated and security is 24/7. Each of the 3 towers has a pool with Jacuzzi. Plus there are two large infinity pools next to the beach (in front of Tower 1000) with exquisite views of town, boating and beach activities. Each tower has underground parking and a beautiful lobby. There is an exercise center, business center, game room and theater room seating 12 (opening in December 2008).
Our condo, located on the 3rd floor of Tower 1000 boasts 2000 sq feet of luxury living. The condo is fully equipped with a full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, blender etc) and laundry. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV, with Cable TV (HBO and Cinemax high end package) and secure high speed internet. There are 2 bedrooms each with ceiling fans, a rear terrace and private bathroom with walk in showers and walk in closets. One bedroom has a King bed and the other has two twins that can be put together to make a King bed. Linens and towels are provided. A large laundry/utility room with extra storage is also included in the wonderful design of this condo. The main living area is open and airy. The kitchen has been upgraded for an enlarged granite counter and extra cabinets and there are several other built-ins. The terrace (18 by 23 feet) is double the size of other 2 bedroom units and is the perfect place for sunbathing, al fresco dining, or to enjoy soaking in your own private outdoor Jacuzzi, watching the incredible views of the beach, the bay, the town and the mountains. Watch the pirate ship cross the bay each night, shoot off fireworks and return to the marina for a second round of fireworks, without ever leaving the Jacuzzi!
Puerto Vallarta has an active calendar of events all year long. There are numerous boat cruises during the day or night at great values. Many beaches along the Bay of Banderas can only be reached by water, and the boat cruises are a wonderful way of seeing more than one location in a single day trip. Fishing boats and private charters are easy to find. There are several different locations for flying through the jungle on zip lines, one of the newest and most fun activities. You can swim with the dolphins. From your Grand Venetian terrace, you can see dolphins and whales during the winter and early spring months. There are restaurants of every cuisine and price range, many with top chefs. Puerto Vallarta is one of the best places in the world to spend Christmas and/or New Years. And PV also hosts fireworks competitions, fishing competitions, volleyball tournaments. You can rent ATVs and take guided treks through the jungle. Play golf on some of the finest courses in Mexico. The water activities are plentiful. Jet ski, parasail, kayak, snorkel, scuba.... Downtown is full of great shopping, art galleries, entertainment along the Malecon, fireworks. And don't forget to visit the famous Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadelupe where locals still attend church services and there are weddings and festivals.

This was such a fantastic location, and very quiet. Mary Ann has a beautiful condo that is totally furnished and stocked with most anything you need for a relaxing week in beautiful Puerto Vallarta! This was our first time in Mexico, and we booked the condo on short notice (2 days before departure) due to tropical storm Isaac hitting the Florida gulf coast, where we were originally headed. Mary Ann was so pleasant to deal with and sent us so many helpful and informative emails that made us more at ease about our decision. We were ther during the "rainy season" which only amounted to evening/nightly rains, which we enjoyed watching across the mountains. The rain never kept us from doing the things we wanted to while we were there. We ate breakfast and lunches in the condo and enjoyed the awesome infinity pools until the afternoon, then went sightseeing and enjoyed some great restaraunts for our evening meals. Most cab drivers spoke English and were very helpful. This is a very beautiful, secure, and centrally located place to stay and we highly recommend Mary Ann and her property!

I just stayed in this beautiful one-bedroom condo, and not only was it clean, and well-furnished, the whole property is spotless and all the staff and security were wonderful!!! (So were the owners!!!)
Help with questions was instaneous, and for first-timers in PV, that helped us get comfortable! We did fall in love with PV in an instant!
The view and property was 10-star!
The dolphins coming in every morning were such a treat to see, and added bonus to gaze your eyes on "mother nature"!! As animal lovers, that was a big treat for us!
We highly recommned this property/condo for R&R; or livin' it up!

I recently traveled to Puerto Vallarta with 3 teenage boys. We stayed in this unit at the Grand Venetian, and honestly, it couldn't have been any better. We found this condo to be an absolutely perfect location. It was a beautiful, quiet location (which was important to me), yet just a few minutes on the bus, and we were right in the heart of all of the action during Spring Break (which was important to my kids). Being on the 3rd floor was great, as you could hear the sound of the waves, and get down to one of the amazing pools in a matter of seconds.
Mary ann was great to work with. The condo was spotless, with all of the amenities as advertised, and because she lived in the building, she was available if we would've needed anything.
Buses and cabs were available at all times too and we were within walking distance to a large grocery store and several great places to eat. The property is gated, and security guards were present at all times, so we never felt anything, but safe.
After shopping around online for a place to stay, one never really knows what they're going to get when they arrive at their destination. The pictures and description of this unit, are exactly what the condo looks like.
The only negative thing about our stay there, was that is was much too short. Returning home to more of our alaskan winter, was kind of painful, but we'll start looking forward to the day that we can return. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone else that plans to visit Puerto Vallarta. It's a great value for the price, and in a perfect location. -

The condo is gorgeous, with a beautiful balcony and view of the bay. (The jacuzzi on the balcony is an added bonus!) It is very spacious and had everything that we needed. It was a great place to come 'home' to after a long day on the beach or at the pool :)

Has a fabulous 10 days in PVR. Wonderful weather and an even more wonderful condo. This is definitely the way to go. Stay at a private condo, but more importantly stay at Mary ann's. She was easy to work with for the reservation and upon arrival she was right there to help you with anything you may need. Need? She has everything in the condo. Towels, beach towels, linens, washer & dryer, entertainment systems. You are set with this location. You are only a 15 minute walk to the supermarket. A 20 minute walk to Wal Mart and Sam's Club. The Galleria Mall is next to Wal Mart. Costco's a 15 minute car drive away. Stock up your kitchen on day one and get ready to have a great time. The condo has 24 hour security. Private beach. Three pools and a a little restaurant on site by the pool. They'll bring you beverages while you sit in your lounger. Very quiet location, but plenty of action close by. Downtown is a 15 minute taxi ride and the popular Marina with all the restaurants to choose from is to the North, also a 15 minute taxi ride. Both were $5.00 U.S. There is a concierge on property who can assist you with tours and excursions. Pvr is a great trip for the price. i urge you to visit and check out the Grand Venetian for your home away from home.

We spent a week in Puerto Vallarta in Condo 303 at the Grand Venetian. Not only is Puerto Vallarta a fabulous vacation destination...staying at the Grand Venetian in this beautiful condo was so much better than staying in a hotel. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. What a treat to be able to soak in your private Jacuzzi on the terrace and look out at the gorgeous view of the town, mountains and water. Watching the sun set from our terrace was very romantic. We were so comfortable in this condo and the owner was a pleasure to work with. She is efficient and knowledgeable. Her personal touches made our vacation very special. We cannot wait to go back.
