We just spent 10 days at the icon with our entire family. From pick up at the airport to check in, the process was seamless. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with unbelievable views through wall to wall sliding doors/windows. We had plenty of meals as a group in the well-equipped kitchen/dining room. The icon is well situated and an easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants and even Starbucks if you like. The two main pools are great for children and adults alike. The beach is just a walk down a ramp at the end of the pool. We had a super time!

We were picked up at the airport by a professional, informative representative of the property. She was very helpful in explaining all the details we needed to know. The unit has an amazing view, and we were lucky enough to observe a pod of whales on several evenings around sunset. We also watched two cruise ships come into dock just blocks from the property. The spa on site is wonderful, and the women in our group all had the opportunity to have a relaxing massage while the men worked out in the fitness room. All staff members that we encountered on the vacation, from the concierge,the waiters, to the security men during the day and evening shifts, were all very helpful and very friendly. We always felt extremely secure here. The home is comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the amenity of the kitchen, to take time from the beach and enjoy a homemade lunch on the beautiful balcony. We loved the fact that within a few blocks there was a huge supermarket that took only a few minutes to walk to. We also experienced several exceptional restaurants within walking distance, which we again always felt very comfortable walking to in the evening. The property is maybe a 10 minute bus ride to the malecon downtown, which is an experience you don't want to miss. Everyone in our group had a wonderful experience here; we would love to return.

6 of us were going to be in PVR and so we rented Mark's apartment. He is an excellent host. Everything was organized and methodical. He includes a pick up for the rental.
The apartment itself is beautiful at the Icon. All furniture seems brand new. View is amazing of the ocean. House is fully loaded with everything in there. All you need to do is go and buy grocery and thats it. Icon itself is a quiet and nice place about a 10 minutes/50 peso cab ride to the Malecon. The food at the icon was surprisingly good and cheap.
We had an issue with the internet for the first few days. The net company engineer did not arrive for 2 days and till then Mark arranged to give us a USB internet stick. The net was fixed and it was blazing speed after that.
We opted to get a daily maid service and it is well worth it. Keeps the apartment clean and its Mexico; maid service is cheap.
If you are going to PV this apartment is surely worth renting. -

Beautiful decor, very roomy.
Excellent location. Loved everything about it, from the full kitchen to the beautiful pool and great beach area.
Would love to rent again and would recommend to all.

My family and I had a fantastic ten days staying at the Icon Vallarta.It is truly a Five star accommodation. Each room is tastefully decorated and spacious!
Ocean view with large balcony.The staff are very accommodating and the property has first class amenities.
We would recommend this property to friends and family,as you are guaranteed to have a fun holiday. -

We were very impressed with the unit itself. The view was incredible! With an ocean view from the living room and dining room/kitchen and the bedrooms had an amazing view of the mountains. It was breathtaking and extremely romantic.
I'd highly recommend staying in this property if you are coming to Puerto Vallarta. It was hands down one of the best rental properties I've ever stayed at. We didn't want to leave! -

Not sure what everyone's idea of luxury is? Is it have over 3000sq ft of space on the ocean front? Maybe its having your elevator opening up to your own condo unit. What about having 3 swimming pools to choose from to swim in? To some it might be pool side waiting from the local restaurant with friend attentive staff at a very good price for very good food. If that doesnt do it how about being located next to some of the best night life, restaurunts, and shopping in the city? Still not enough? Well lastly try relaxing on a private section of beach where the locals are not allowed to solicit while you relax in your own private day bed.
Well this to us is luxury! We have been at this condo twice now in the last year and are anxious to go back to what we are referring to as "our peice of luxury paradise". -

My fiancé and I stayed at the whimsically designed Icon January 20th-27th.As soon as you enter unit #1205 you are immediately transported into relaxation mode because the owners have spared no expense in anticipating your needs.Even the most jaded traveller will be blown away by the killer views off the balcony.The staff new our names and preferred drink by the second day and could not have been more attentive.I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to be pampered in PV.

Our family just enjoyed 3 beautiful weeks in Puerta Vallarta at the Icon. Our condo was immaculate - very spacious - and a wonderful view of the pristine Bandaras Bay. I would definately recommend this condo to a family or even a couple or two.

This unit is located on one of the best stretch of beaches in Pto. Vallarta. A short cab ride to the malecon. A very good supermarket is within easy walking distance. The condo buildings are situated to make the most of the gorgeous ocean and sunset views. The pools are large and very clean as are all the grounds on the property. There are numerous day beds located around the pool and on the beach. The bar service is great and the food selection is dispointingly limited, but both are very reasonably priced. The unit itself is located on a corner with an unobstructed view of the ocean and is tastefully, but only sparsley furnished. The elevator opens directly into the unit and if there are other people riding in the elevator, privacy can be compromised.The beds/pillows are very comfortable. There is in suite laundry which is convenient.
Kitchen supplies are limited, ie. dishcloths, towels, storage dishes, etc. As is bedding-ie. no extra blankets. There are 2 tv's: a tv in the guest room, but not the master bedroom. The master bedroom bathtub is open to viewing by many suites in the adjacent building! This is a beautiful condo and property and I would highly recommend it. -

The beautifully furnished rooms and the gorgeous pool and beach area made our stay really comfortable. We loved the being away from the busy part of town but still close enough to go out for meals and sightseeing, with some shops and restaurants within walking distance. What a fantastic place!
