The Casa Lani is located in the heart of Old Town and right on Los Muertos Beach in the Plaza Mar Condominium Building. You are within walking distance to everything and there is no need for a taxi or rental car. One short block to the south is Badillo St. also known as "restaurant row" where you will find many wonderful places to eat. Directly in front of the condo are 3 excellent beachfront restaurants and miles of sandy beaches to enjoy. Casa Lani is a lovely condo, beautifully presented with a great 'Mexican' feel. Two big bedrooms, great bathroom. Kitchen has all you need. Lounge is a good size and opens onto a lovely deck right on the Malecon. Stunning views from the beautiful pool area. Walking distance to everywhere. Bus transport is easy, taxi's abundant and cheap.
Carl, the property owner is wonderful to deal with and nothing is a problem.
I would highly recommend this property. -

The location is in the best part of Old Town with the beach, great restaurants, and even a coffee/book store within steps. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking it all in. The place was lovely and had everything we needed and the staff was very sweet and helpful. The price was very reasonable, especially for high season and Carl was really wonderful to work with. We'll definitely stay here again.

We just got back from a great trip to the Puerto Vallarta area thanks to Carl and the Casa Lani... We have been to P.V. numerous times and I have to say that this was the most fantastic vacation ever.. The condo was quaint and just like home. Carl helped us with transfers to and from the airport, once we got to the condo- I felt at home.. The bedrooms had more than enough closets and drawers, candles and TV. The view was incredible.. We loved the roof top pool area which also had a grill to use. The kitchen had everything we could of ever wanted. We went with our 2 grown children who loved it as well because it was in the heart of the action, but at night it was peaceful. We sat with our wine on our balcony and watched the people go by each night. Cant say enough good things about the condo and surrounding area we were in. The restaurants that were across the street were wonderful for burgers, tacos or lobster. The Sunsets were wonderful to watch from there as well... Thank you so much Casa Lani...

Our stay at the Casa Lani was wonderful. Our host was most helpful in making the arrangements and providing advice as this was our first time in P.V. The condo was perfect, the people at reception amazing and the maid service impeccable. The location of the condo was so perfect for people watching and close to everything we needed. Staying in Old Town, right on the Malecon was everything wonderful I had heard it would be. I would recommend the Casa Lani to anyone that is looking for a great vacation, if it is just relaxing by the roof top pool, eating in one of the many great restaurants or enjoying Reggae or jazz music close by. All is just a short walk from the Condo.

The condo we were staying was just in the perfect spot. Everything was in a walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
