Brand New Grand Venetian Condo located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. The unit is located on the 21st floor the Grand Venetian Complex in the 2000 building (the building right on the ocean). The Unit measures 2800 square feet inside and 800 square feet of Balcony. It has 4 king bedrooms all with their own Bathrooms and 1 bedroom with a Twin Bunk Beds and its own bath. All of the King Bedrooms have access to 1 of the balcony's along with the living room. The balcony has a 6 person dining table as well as a Wicker seating section. The ceilings are all vaulted with Ceiling fans. The unit also has 3 AC units for your comfort. The Unit has WIFI... internet throughout, an IPOD player, 3 TV's, Cable, Washer/Dryer and a Jetted Tub on the balcony. The unit is the whole south corner of the building with great views of the Ocean and City. The Unit is still in the process of being Decorated and will look even more Spectacular in the new few weeks. Linens are all provided including Beach and pool towels.

The Grand Venetian is a Brand New high End condo Complex that has 5 pools, a fitness Center, a Business Center, 12 person movie theater, a game room with a pool table, and a spa is coming as well. The complex is located walking distance to everything you would need. Starbucks, restaurants, movie theater's, Grocery stores, Walmart, Sam's Club and Costco. It is also located a 5 min Cab from the Airport and downtown.

Upon your arrival a English speaking property manager will meet you at the building, Give you the Keys, Collect the Sec Deposit and help you with anything that you might need. She can provide cleaning service including Laundry for $40 US and will return you Sec deposit upon inspection of the unit when you are ready to leave.

  I've been fortunate enough to have stayed in this condo in PV 2 times and let me tell you that the photographs tell the picture accurately. It is an idyllic oasis with white beaches and blue water. The condo is beautiful and the view is phenomenal. The condo has all the amenities you would need and is very spacious and very well decorated. You can walk into the water out front of the condo and see amazing sights or you can stay in the pool out front when you are too lazy to do anything. Downtown PV is just a short cab ride away and offers a wide variety of excellent restaurants and all the shopping you would ever want to do. The sunsets in Banderas Bay are spectacular especially from your own private balcony. We love it so much we have decided to make it a yearly trip.
