Marcos Vasquez was a fantastic agent who helped us with all aspects of our rental experience. We asked for a flat screen tv ant it was provided. Wifi was also provided upon our request. He is a charming gentleman to work with. He showed such concern for me when I sprained my ankle. He offered to go with me to a hospital to make sure I was well attended to.Fortunately, I did not need to go.
The hotel/condo is centrally located in the hotel zone which is very convenient for buses to town and near a large grocery and many restaurants within walking distance.
Getting a chaise lounge is problematic;getting up early to save a chair is unfair!!!
The pool area could use an update. But the staff is wonderful and very helpful which makes up for the other negative issues.

We just returned from our first trip to Puerto Vallarta. We had a great trip and really enjoyed the Holiday Inn/Sea River. We ended up choosing the all inclusive plan which was very reasonably priced and we enjoyed the drinks, service and all the buffets. Everything was very convenient. Casa Sally was very cozy and comfortable with an amazing view and all the amenities of home. We also enjoyed the use of the facilities at the resort (massages, indoor bar, shopping, banking and restaurants). We absolutely loved the staff at the hotel very attentive and never missed a beat! We'll be back!
