Península 1 de R&A; es un excelente lugar para vacacionar y divertirte con tus amigos, posee una vista inmejorable, es muy cómodo y además se encuentra perfectamente equipado con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia, no le hace falta nada.
Casi desde cualquier punto del departamento se puede ver el mar!
A solo unos metros se encuentra una plaza comercial donde puedes salir a comer o divertirte, buenos bares y restaurantes a unos pasos.
Katya se preocupa por cuidar todos los detalles, ese esfuerzo se refleja en tu estadía y en la propiedad.

We stayed here for a week over the Christmas Holiday and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We were stunned when we saw the beautiful coastal view and the great condo layout to take advantage of it. We spent many days and evenings relaxing and watching the beach/ocean happenings.
Katya, the condo security staff, and the concierge were all very very helpful and made our first visit to Puerto Vallerta a great one.
I would not hesitate recommending this unit to anyone, enjoy!

We just returned from our wonderful month long vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico at Peninsula 1, 15D (March 7,2012 to april 7,2012). We have come to PV for years and love this stretch of beach. We found this condo on Trip advisor and contacted Katya.
Katya proved to be a very trustworthy, attentive, and nice person to deal with. She always answered our questions promptly, and touched base with us before we left home, and again upon our arrival, and during our stay. She looks after business...and is a true joy to deal with.
The condo itself: it is a corner unit with a 'wrap around' balcony that gives you the most spectacular view of the mountains, the bay, the beach and the marina. The master bed was sooo very comfortable and the sound of the waves at night, just lulled you to sleep. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished and has all the amenities of home. The staff at the Peninsula are absolutely wonderful and very helpful.
Everything you would ever need is very close by. The bus stop is on the street in front of the complex, the taxis are always available right at your door. The Peninsula Plaza is a mall complex near the entrance gates, which houses several restaurants, banks, clothing stores, nightclub and even a casino. The airport and the downtown area of PV is 10 minutes away in opposite directions via bus or taxi. Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club and Sorianna's grocery store is within walking distance or a short ride via bus or taxi.

The service provided at this condominium were excellent. Very friendly atmosphere. The staff working for the condo complex were more than happy to help with whatever you needed. The condo had every amenity that anyone could ask for plus extras over and above. The location of the condo is centrally located in PV within walking distance to downtown and the Marina areas. Close location to the bus stops and shopping facilities, easy walking distances for groceries. Our condo owner was very prompt in addressing all our needs, emails and making sure everything was complete during our reservation process. We tip our hats to her and express our sincere thanks for making our stay at their home very enjoyable and carefree. We strongly recommend this condominium for a great holiday and would stay there again in the future. Thanks again for sharing your home to make our vacation plans in a place we most love, PV.

If you haven't stayed at a condo in Puerto Vallarta you are missing out. This condo feels upscale, spacious and the balcony with its catwalk is amazing. You have views of the sea and the marina to your right. We have traveled to Puerto Vallarta many times but staying at Peninsula was a wonderful experience, we highly recommend this property. The owner was always in top of things making sure our stay was pleasant.
We are planning to stay there again very soon.

At check in everything went fast, the staff was helpful and diligent.
The aparment is ver y nice and well equiped. The only thing that we missed was the glasses for wine, they were madre of plastic.
Regarding the property staff we think that they need to be trained in orden to serve well the meres of the guests. It was had to find some one at the pool área or the spa. The concierge has limited hours of service, so at some times we could'nt use the jacuzzi and other facilities. Overol, the experience was great.
