This is a large, airy, two bedroom, two bath condo unit on the corner of one of the nicest buildings in the Old Town section of Puerto Vallarta. Our condo is a well-appointed non-smoking unit. Enjoy the large wrap-around terrace encompassing both sides of the condo on the fourth floor. To the west, overlook the Pacific Ocean and the most popular beach in the city. To the south, admire the distant hillsides, the heart of Zona Romantica - Olas Altas and Lazaro Cardenas park right next door.

Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, as well as all the necessary small appliances, dishes,... utensils, towels, and even speakers to plug your iPod into.

The living room features bi-folding exterior doors on a track system to allow you to maximize your connection with the expansive outdoor spaces, cooling breezes and sounds of the surf. There is a flat-screen TV with a second iPod connection, a DVD player, VHS player, and CD/cassette player.

The master bath features an authentic Mexican tile tub/shower combo, make-up mirror, and hair dryer. The guest bathroom features a large authentic Mexican tile, walk-in shower with bench, make-up mirror, and hair dryer. Big fluffy towels and wash cloths are also provided for your use.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed. It is located on the ocean side with doors leading out to your own private section of the terrace for quiet reading or sunbathing. There is a shelf of books, feel free to take one or leave one. The second bedroom offers two double-size beds to sleep two to four more people. This room also features a flat-screen TV and DVD player, so the kids can bring along their favorite DVDs and gaming systems. There is a closet equipped with a padlock bracket where you can lock your valuables. Bring your own keyed or combo lock for maximum security.

Don't bother packing your beach/pool towels, there are four provided for your use, they can be found in the master bedroom closet. Do bring along your laptop or iPad, as wireless internet is provided as an added benefit at no additional cost.

Located in the romantic Old Town section of Puerto Vallarta, our condominiums are situated in one of the most beautiful buildings on the beach. It has the old-world Mexican charm blended with all the conveniences you need to enjoy your vacation.

The location is at the southern end of the famous Malecon (boardwalk) and right next to Lazaro Cardenas Park. This offers an easy, well-lit, traffic-free oceanfront stroll to the downtown area where the arches, town square, and plenty of hustle & bustle are located. Our location is walking distance to of some of the most authentic restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and the finest art galleries. It is just a short walk down to the pier, where many daily water excursions depart.

  If you want to experience a traditional Mexican vacation away from the american sterilized hotel resorts, you won't find a better place to stay. Security is excellent with a gated entrance. Having an elevator to ride makes staying on the fourth floor a breeze. Becki T is a delightful hostess and very easy to deal with. It would be nice if the price was a little less but then so would not having to pay any federal income taxes. The price seems to be competitive for the features and the excellent location.
