Casa de la Esperanza is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. It truly feels like a home away from home. There are three terraces with comfortable chairs to enjoy the amazing views over the bay of Banderas. The location is perfect, you can easily walk to the beach and to town. I highly recommend it!

My family had a great vacation at Casa de la Esperanza. We enjoyed 10 days of relaxation in this beautiful condo. We wanted for nothing.
The views of the entire Bay and town were spectacular, and the unobstructed view of nightly fireworks was great.
We hired Maria to cook two evenings and had dinner on our private terrace overlooking the lights of town; A really fun experience.
A walk to Old Town and the beach took us about 5 to 10 minutes depending on our agenda. We spent many days on the beach and other days exploring Puerto Vallarta; even went on a few great adventures including a boat ride to Yelapa and the Zip Lines.
The condo was very well maintained and the maid, Leti, was just wonderful. Ricardo checked us in and picked us up at the airport. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. Overall, a great experience.
Thanks Jeffery for giving us our best vacation ever!

The apartment was nice and clean and we liked the location. It had great views and the walk, while long and steep, wasn't too bad. The way it is situated on the hill, there is never any direct sun. Also, there is really only two bedrooms. The third is just a curtain between the dining room and living room.

Casa de la Esperanza was absolutely wonderful. The staff were top notch and really tried hard to meet all our requests.We stayed with as a family of five, and had more then enough room. Beautifully decortated with unique peices of art, Jeffery has a real artistic flare.
This home sits way above the city, the view is beautiful. That being said, walking to and from the beach and town certainly was challenging. I think this was the only vacation that we actually came back in better shape. Lots of hills and stairs to climb. You can take a cab but no one would give in to that. Puerto Vallarta is one of the best places I have ever been for food. So many wonderful restaurants. Jeffery's suggestions were all amazing. Every meal we had was great! The only thing that we can find any fault with was the pool. Although it was clean and beautiful it was always in the shade. So everyday we packed up and went to the beach...make sure you pack right because you only want to do the climb back up to the house once or twice a day. All said and done it was a fabulous vacation!!
