The living room features a flat screen TV and CD and DVD player, and there is a local phone and wireless inter...net is available in the building. The condo also includes washer and dryer which is great for those planning a longer stay in Puerto Vallarta.

  This condo is extremely nice in that it has character-not a sterile place. The view and the roar of the surf (heard 24/7) is wonderful. The master bedroom has the same view and sound and one of the largest king size beds we have ever seen-7 1/2 to 8 feet across and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ask for in terms of utensils etc. There is not dishwasher. The kitchen could stand some updating but is still more than adequate. Some of the glasses are matched up with the globes on the ceiling light. The views are so great that we ate all of our meals on the well equipped balcony. The unit is located about a 15 minute bus ride ( 7 pesos ) to within about four blocks from the Malecon. It very quiet in the master bedroom. The second BR has two doubles and is located on the side of the unit near the road. Since we didn't use it for sleeping we do not know about the sound at night. This unit is a wonderfully relaxed place to stay. From the living area, master bedroom and balcony all you see and hear is the great view, sunsets and the ocean. The one drawback is that there is no store or restaurant within walking distance. This was not a problem for us as we prefer to eat breakfast and dinner in the unit., The bus also goes to Mismoloya (known for the filming of Night of the Iquana) and Bocca. The bus stop is in front of the condo as well as a taxi stand. The unit was qutie clean and had everything one could need. The beach is never crowded, no vendors and very fine sand. Goes about 1 to 1/2 miles.
