Our two-bedroom/two-bath Puerto Vallarta condo features a great ocean view, a spacious deck, and a beautifully maintained and customized interior, as well as a great location and floorplan. Not to mention the best beach in the charming Old Town area, south of the Rio Cuale in the Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta.

Watch the sun set over the ocean, and get a sweeping view of the village, jungle, beach, and mountains. The fifth-floor location of this home is ideally situated to appreciate all the natural beauty.

CONDO AMENITIES inc...lude wireless connection, cable TV, DVD/VCR, a CD/cassette player, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, games, puzzles, and books and videos. Daily maid service Mon-Sat is provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots and pans, glassware, and the all-important blender and coffeemaker for festive evenings and convenient and cozy breakfasts on the terrace. There are two full marble-tiled bathrooms -- one with a soaker tub/shower, and one with a shower. All towels supplied, including beach towels.

This condo offers 1,300 square feet of living space. Special features include a large plant-filled deck with doors to the master bedroom and living area. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be combined to make a king, if desired. The living and dining area opens onto a large tiled deck with a lovely ocean and mountain view.

BUILDING AMENITIES include an elevator, a reception desk and 24-hour security. The rooftop deck at this pier view building offers a large rooftop pool (heated in winter), shaded areas, and lounge chairs, plus a sun deck terrace with tremendous views of the entire Banderas Bay and Sierra Madre mountains.

If you prefer to dig your toes in the sand, relax under a palapa on the beach. There is a palapa-roofed beachfront restaurant which has been one of Puerto Vallarta's favorites for over thirty years.

The beachfront location makes it a perfect spot to enjoy the pleasure of the beaches at Puerto Vallarta including jet-skiing, para-sailing, swimming in the ocean, and just sitting under an umbrella in one of the plentiful beach chairs while enjoying a delicious tropical drink.

  The apartment was the best we have stayed in in PV, and we've been going for years. Roomy, comfortable beds, large balcony overlooking the beach. The only negative was late night music and noise from the restaurant on the corner.
