This corner luxury modern one bedroom condo has a wrap around terrace with glass railings and floor to ceiling energy efficient windows overlooking Marina Vallarta and the Sierra Madre mountains with a side view to the pool and beach. Sit out in the morning with your coffee and watch the ocean liners come in and at night sit out with your favorite beverage and watch them leave Marina Vallarta. It is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. There are roller blinds throughout this condo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with an ice maker, glass cook-top, built-in wall oven and microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher and all the small appliances, pots, dishes and glassware to entertain 6 people. The dining table seats 6. The terrace patio set seats 4. The living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV with cable, DVD.. There is original modern art work in the condo.

The bedroom has a quilt top king mattress with box springs. Besides the regular roller blinds, there are black out blinds. There is a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a tub and shower. In winter, our high season, we have whale watching and Wednesday night Art Walks
During the year we have day cruises on the Bay of Banderas, dinner cruises on the pirate ship or Rhythms of the Night to Caletas Beach on the south shore. There is deep sea fishing, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, sailing; golfing on 7 courses in the Bay of Banderas; canopy tours, ATV tours, hiking, biking, horseback riding, day tours of the city and Bay of Banderas; tours to San Sebastian del Oueste, Mascota, Tequila and Guadalajara. We have the Naval Museum in downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Botanical Gardens south of the city. Of course, we have shopping, shopping, shopping!!!!!!
Puerto Vallarta has many restaurants to please the most discerning palate or try our taco stands or anything in between. There are many bars and discos for the young and the young at heart. Vallarta has so much to offer in this little piece of paradise on earth.
