This is a remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located only 3 miles South of downtown. Why rent a hotel room when you can spend your vacation in a well maintained home in Conchas China. Walk to beach, bus stop, taxi stand and grocery store. This condo is only rented for short term. No monthly rentals.
Rent includes, maid service, electric, cable tv, internet, gas and water. The views are amazing from this unit. It also has a small dipping pool on the terrace for those lazy days, when you don't feel like leaving.
