Description
Puerto Vallarta, beachfront, penthouse, condominium. Located in the historic El Dorado building. Main balcony overlooks the pool, Los Mueros beach and the Bay of Banderas. Two bedrooms, two full tile baths with walk in showers. Master bedroom has ocean views and second bedroom has a second balcony with city and ocean views. Both bedrooms have king beds. The maximum number off guests is four. Fully equipped kitchen with dinning room. Approximately 1300 sq ft. Has mini split AC units in both bedrooms and the living room. Three TV's, cable with English programing, DVD, CD player and wireless, high speed internet (No charge- wired and wireless). Daily maid service, except Sunday(NC) Professionally decorated in Mexican colonial. Bottled water available.(NC). The building is located above the El Dorado restaurant and next door to the La Palapa restaurant on Los Muertos beach, in the Zona Romantica. Just a short walk to most restaurants, shopping, attractions and night life. No pets allowed, including service animals. All rates include the mandatory 16% Mexico IVA tax and 3% city occupancy tax. The condo is non smoking. The balconies are also non smoking. All public areas of the building are non smoking.
