Enjoy a beautiful, 4000 square foot, Mexican villa overlooking the Bay of Banderas and Pue...rto Vallarta in a quiet Romantic Zone neighborhood. The villa is located on the southside of Puerto Vallarta about a 15 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach. Tasteful furnishings grace the entire home on three floors. The first floor is the location of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. French doors open onto the terrace with a private swimming pool.

A large circular staircase with stained glass windows leads you to the second and third floors. The master suite occupies the entire second floor with a bedroom, closets, and fantastic bathroom with an open air jacuzzi. It has a king-size bed. The third floor has two bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom has two double beds and the other has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is under the pool area and has its own separate private entrance. It has two twin beds and a private bath which can be made into a king sized bed.

The villa has a maid and a chef. They will pamper you and create a truly relaxing vacation. You will be freed of cooking, cleaning, and laundry. You select from the Villa menu for up to two meals per day and they will do the shopping for you once you give them money. My favorites are the tequila tuna and grilled lobster. It is truly carefree way of vacationing.

The villa has wireless internet, Vonage phone, and heated pool.

You do not really need a car. It is a 10 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach, Blue Chairs Resort, and Green Chairs.

It would be a 15 minute walk to south side downtown restaurants and stores.

Also, if you require, meet and greet services at the airport are available. A person will meet you at the airport, give you a brief orientation to Puerto Vallarta and take you directly to the Villa . The charge is $50.00 for up to two people and $10.00 per extra person. When you depart you will be picked up at Villa Rosa and taken to the airport.

Should you like to book tours or have someone make restaurant reservations for you, Carlos, the chef, can assist you.

  This was our second stay at Villa Rosa, and again it's hard to describe how wonderful it was! Where to start;
  1.) Tom (the owner) is great to work with - that's probably the single most important component - and we can't say enough how patient he was answering questions and making arrangements for our stay.
  2.) The villa is spectacular! This is a "died and gone to heaven" experience - and there's so much to describe - the big staircase up three floors to the massive chandelier in the cupola; the panoramic vistas from the living room, dining room, pool, terrace, and all three bedrooms; the master bedroom and bath; the veranda's off of each bedroom. This place rocks in so many ways!
  3.) Carlos and Vanessa are fantastic! They will take care of you while you visit and Carlos' food is amazing. Favorites: french toast breakfast; the chicken or shrimp kabob's; fruit plates in the morning; roasted vegie plates in the evening; Fresh squeezed Orange Juice; Carlos’ Mango Margarita's (and I have the recipe from him!). They are dear and sweet and Tom is very fortunate to have them watching over things - they did a great job! 4.) Proximity to Los Muertos Beach and "Old Town" is fantastic - everything we wanted or needed was close by. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach or downtown. The walk back up to the villa is a bit arduous - but it's a good way to work off Carlos' cooking and a cab is just 40 pesos from the beach if you prefer.
  
  The property was spotlessly clean during the entire stay and the bedding was changed daily. Any laundry we threw in the hamper was miraculously clean later that day (Vanessa being the miracle worker!)
  
  We can't say enough about how good our vacation was and how much of that was based on the accommodations.

  We stayed at Villa Rosa for our honeymoon and had a truly memorable time. The views of PV are amazing from nearly every room in the house including the private pool and master bath. Also, Carlos and Vanessa were so wonderful. Highly recommend Carlos' orange infused french toast as well as the mango margaritas with the chips and guac! The owner of the home was also wonderful to work with. He is so thoughtful and has a great book of Recommended Things To Do in Puerto Vallarta waiting for you upon arrival which was invaluable to us as he has the perspective of a local. We also took a day trip to Sayulita and did some surfing. Highly recommend this home for groups small or large! We look forward to returning to Villa Rosa!

  Villa Rosa was a magnificant house with views you only see in movies. The house is located in the hills overlooking the city and the bay and is an easy walk to town and the beach. Due to the hills, a cab home later is a must. The house is spacious and came with two incredible staff mambers--Carlos, one of the best cooks I have experienced and his wife, Vanessa, who keeps the house and your laundry clean every day. You truly feel at home here and the addition of internet access and free phone calls to the states allows you to keep in touch with anyone. I have rented other places in PV but always go back to Villa Rosa when it is available.
