I've experienced living in splendor for 2 weeks in a beautiful Villa with 17,000 sq. ft. of exquisitly designed rooms, each having their own themes..Five floos of grandure with an elevator to get you there. Casa Yvonneka's staff are very efficient, courteous and at you beckoned call...Wonderful meals and martini's were prepared to my delight.
A beautiful large patio with infinity pool on the fourth floor overlooks the city of Puerto Vallarta and the grandure of the Pacific Ocean with fireworks every night.. You are walking distance to the beach and wonderful stores, restaurants and the nightlife is great..
"Little City that never sleeps"!!!
I'm so happy to have stayed at Casa Yvonneka..they all made me welcomed and I felt like a Queen for two weeks...

Every year our group looks forward to not only returning to paradise, but also to stay at the lovely Casa Yvonneka! This year was no different. The staff welcome us with their sincere smiles and warm hugs. Being self-proclaimes "margarita snobs", we were served upon arrival those fabulous home-made margaritas. Delicious! This magnificent villa - holds its standards to the most highest level. The home is immaculately clean and secure. Very private and every need is met without exception. Rooms are cozy and comfy. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Walking distance to town is only a mere 10 minutes, to beaches, restaurants, bars, banks and shopping. Incredible upgrades have been made, such as the "Starlight Lounge", which includes a fun Karaoke machine, also a private gym with everything that is needed. On one of the balconies exists a "magic garden" for private massages, meditation, or for smokers. All the meals personally prepared for our group by the incredible staff, were not only delicious, but very healthy and nutricious!
We highly recommend Casa Yvonneka! After being pampered during vacation - it was difficult to leave. We will be back next year...but, will surely miss Casa Yvonneka until then!

We rented Cas Yvonneka for my mother's 80th birthday. There were 13 of us, ranging in age from 13 on up. Yvonneka was incredible gracious and kind, her staff spoiled us, the home was magnificent, and everyday was paradise. The hardest part of every day was figuring out what we wanted to eat!!
We highly recommend this for family reunions, or just a large group of friends. Every room is beautiful. It is an easy walk to town and the beach. Cabs are plentiful and the days are sunny and lazy. -

Eighteen of us (9 couples) just returned from a dream week spent at Casa Yvonneka. I had coordinated a group trip with friends to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Most of us are seasoned travelers and therefore with high travel standards. Fortunately Casa Yvonneka wildly surpassed all of our expectations. We didn't want to come back home! The location is absolutely ideal. Although we were spoiled by the views, the beach and downtown area is only a 10-20 minute walk from the villa. The property is designed extremely well with an open layout, is magnificently decorated, equipped with really cool outdoor night lighting, extremely clean, and comes with exhilarating views of the bay, Old Town and the mountains. The heated infinity pool area is so inviting we spent over half our time here. In fact we canceled many of our excursions because we were so happy at the villa! The staff is attentive, friendly and spectacular. We had plenty of fresh fruits, non-stop fresh guacamole, salsa, margaritas and freshly made drinks, not to mention gourmet dinners. You can order off a menu or just ask the staff to make whatever you want. The staff goes shopping daily and prepares your meals. You will love this paradise!

Cy provided our destination wedding venue & family lodging and we are forever spoiled. Our gracious hostess is absolutely charming (at our invitation she visited, offering congrats) and her staff, the warmest, kindest, most incredibly pampering & professional we've ever experienced anywhere. Every amenity is top drawer; the ambience - pure heaven; the view - beyond words; and all enhanced by the genuinely sweet, attentive care we received from the house staff: Magdelena, Felix, Fernando, et.al. Cy is the most romantic, elegant, pristine and pampering property on earth. We cannot wait to return!

Our family had a wonderful vacation while staying at Casa Yvonneka. We especially appreciated the staff for everything they did for us. I was shocked to see that Felix and Magdalena were measuring my son's orange juice every morning and cooking sugar free pancakes because he is diabetic. It is gestures like these which helped make for a relaxing vacation for everyone. It felt as if they were part of the family. I would recommend Casa Yvonneka as the villa is large and beautiful with a caring and attentive staff.

The people who cared for us - from keeping the house immaculate to providing delicious, nutritious, homemade Mexican food to making sure we were safely tucked into the house - were kind, caring, open, honest and helpful. The house was gorgeous, had a great view and each room had character. You could let the sun and wind come in or close it up tight to keep it cool and quiet. The artwork was very pleasing and the furniture was very comfortable. What was only slightly disappointing to me was that you couldn't really walk very well around the area. You could go pretty easily into town, but a leisurely stroll right around the neighborhood wasn't so simple.

I have to protest about not being able to stroll leisurely around the neighborhood. The road was just completed from the the top entrance and meanders above the ocean and along the jungle of Puerto Vallarta, with some wonderful views.
There were at least 4 other guests during that rental who walked and jogged from the property daily.
I hope the l guest returns with a pair of nikes and she will be surprised how beautiful the lush views and walks are from our front door -

This was one of my favorite vacations. The house was as beautiful as the photos on the web site. The staff was beyond excellent. Very close to town but felt like you were far away. The views were breathtaking. Thank you for an amazing time. Can't wait to come back!!

The Villa is one of the best in PV. Great location very close to the restaurant Vista Grill just up the hill from the Zona Romantica. Spectacular view from the bedrooms and pool area. Nice big infinity pool and jacuzzi. There was plenty of room for sit down dinners for 14+. The friendly staff attended to our every need, by cooking, making cocktails, snacks, cleaning, food shopping, etc. The house was very clean and very secure. At least one staff member was in the house 24 hours a day. Typically during the day there was a staff of 5, but we were a big group. I would definitely recommend Casa Yvonneka.

my friends and I rented this gorgeous home for my 50th birthday trip to PV. I have an apartment there as well and am very familiar with the town. The house is stunning, the staff is amazingly friendly and compitent and our stay was magical. I would definately stay there again, tomorrow would not be to soon.

The owner is a great personality, very cosmopolitan and friendly to the guest. Place offers all first class, Magdalena, the chief of staff is one time, not to compare, fresh fruits, juices and breakfast at the dream setting overlooking infinity pool and Puerto Vallarta with ocean view all around. A group of friends and I recently came to visit Puerto Vallarta and were lucky enough to stay at the lovely Villa - Casa Yvonneka.
From the moment we approached the villa, thru the window of the airport cab, we were all very impressed. Of course, once we actually arrived and entered the villa, we were all amazed.
The decor, the comfort, the high quality of furnishings, electronic equipment, access to internet and unlimited phone calls to the U.S., were all items that many of us needed and enjoyed. The closeness to the beaches and fun nightlife were everything we could ask for.
Not to mention that the staff tended to all of us and made us feel like "royalty"! The food was exceptional and all the staff were at our service through out all the time of our stay.
The sweeping view of the fabulous bay from all angles of the villa are so lovely. We enjoyed the delicious home-made traditional margarita cocktails from the well knowledge bartender, while witnessing incredible tropical storms during our visit.
We all hope to return very soon and will probably bring more friends, so they can enjoy this tropical treasure.

When you dream of going on a vacation you imagine your self high on a hill
Over looking the beautiful Pacific... As you site above the city on a magnificent patio there is an infinity pool that makes you feel like you can swim right out to the horizon where the sunsets...
Below is the city that is full of culture, beautiful and warm faces. You hear mariachi music playing off in a beachside restaurant.
The house on the hill is multi-level it has an elevator that takes you to the different levels, each decorated with style and class.
Magdalena is the best cook in Puerto Vallarta the food is fresh and authentic. She is accompanied with a warm and helpful staff.
You feel at home.
And when you feel that you need a little bit of exercise there is a well-equipped gym.
In the evening you celebrate watching a display of a spectacular firesworks, sipping on the best tequila and Magdalena's margaritas (which can be consumed anytime of the day).
Casa Yvonneka offers all what you dream and imagine on a vacation.
I went last year for my birthday with 12 of my closest friends from Santa Monica California, and I could not have pictured the experience anywhere else.
I will go back and I recommend it to everyone.
