One free night for one-week+ stay, except during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Easter holidays.
A refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking.
We request 50 percent of the rent upon reservation; the balance is due no later than one month prior to arrival.
Cancellation: We retain one night's deposit if cancelled at least one month prior to arrival; 50% if more than two weeks prior to arrival; no refund please.
Nonrefundable cleaning fee of $75 per reservation for up to two weeks' stay; $120 for more than two weeks.
All payments are processed through the secure Paypal system and you can use most of your credit cards.

My stay in Casa Vallarta was an absolute delight! From the breathtaking views of the city and the bay (including nightly fireworks shows from the tourist pirate ship), a large newly updated kitchen, to large spacious living quarters -- my entire stay met or exceeded all my expectations!
The house is just outside the city center, so it offered the privacy I needed but was close enough where I could conveniently hop into the city for a nice meal or enjoy the sights. From the house, it's a short drive along a gorgeous stretch of highway to many of the local beaches where you can find a spot on the sand, throw back some cold cervezas, and eat to your hearts content. You can't beat it! So if you don't mind being outside all of the crazy tourist and commercial activity, and you don't mind a short walk (or drive) up a winding hill, I absolutely recommend staying here!
