Enter into the living/dining room leading out onto a lovely terrace to your private heat...ed pool. The villa has two Satellite TV’s and DVD player. Casa Montana has two master suites each with king beds and en-suite baths, terraces and ocean views.

Your Maid will prepare breakfast daily for you during your stay at Casa Montana except on Sunday. Dinner Service is available for a small additional fee.

More than 4 guests would require the use of an aerobed. We don't usually allow more than four guests at this property. Please inquire.
All rates are good for up to number of guests listed above. Each additional guest is $30 to $50 per person per night depending on season and approval. Email for exact rate quote.
18% tax will be added to all rentals.
At some times of year, special rates may be given for 1 or 2 guests.
Weekly rates are the nightly rate x 7.
Minimum 4 night rental in most cases. Shorter stay possible if it works with existing calendar. Extra short stay charges may apply. Holiday minimum is 7 nights for Christmas week and 7 nights for New Years week.

  This was a beautiful ocean view home very close to the city, about 5 minutes by car. Sandy the owner was very honest and accommodating and we plan to revisit in October. The place deserves 4.5 stars in our book. There are only a few tiny issues with the house but they are not a big deal at all:
  
  1) There is a cell phone tower on the property in front of the house detracts from the expansive view. The people who live in that house are also not the classiest but they are ok. 2) the maid does a superficial job of cleaning things. The house itself was clean. My main concern was the dishes and the fridge which we pointed out to her on day one and got her to do do a few dishes that i thought we would use during our stay. 3) The villa appears to be about 1400 sqft or so (I may be wrong), but that is plenty for the two of us and much larger than what you get at resorts.
  
  Bathrooms are very nice and clean, the pool is only 5 feet deep or so but is heated, it can work as a sauna.
  
  The most important thing for us is that we know of place like Sandy's where it is safe, close to town, affordable and most importantly is run by an ultra nice lady like Sandy and not total crooks. We had a terrible experience at Vallarta where the house was next to 3 massive construction sites and the owner (Mark Thivierge) had the audacity to withhold our deposit after we complained about the noise. So put things in perspective.

  Could use a good cleaning!

  Our housekeeper was very pleasant and, fortunate for us, we had a Spanish speaking person with us, because Flor (the housekeeper), spoke no English. The property is very pretty and the one thing we liked the best was the fact that the sun hit the pool at 9 a.m. and stayed all day. This may not be so important to some people, but that is a big reason for our going to Mexico in February - the sun! There were two couples and one couple felt the living room furniture was very uncomfortable (the couches were cement with thin cushions on them. Also, the pool lounges were in need of some thicker cushions (we all agreed on that). I thought the beds were quite comfortable. The villa seemed smaller in person than the pictures on the site indicate, but fine for four people. I can't imagine where you would put 6 people as there were only two bedrooms and the other rooms didn't seem big enough to put up any kind of temporary bed. I liked the villa but I feel it needs a good deep cleaning as there was mold in our bathroom. Another concern about a future rental - the day before we were leaving, some people were moving into the house across the street. They seemed to like their music quite loud. It would be unpleasant to have to listen to the noise while you are trying to relax.
  
  We had a nice welcome upon arriving at the villa. Flor had made us snacks and margaritas. Also, it was nice having some supplies already there. Would we go back again? Not sure - loved the sun at the pool - didn't love the noise across the street.
