This brand new Villa features three ocean front master suites with private Jacuzzis and two beautifully appointed Garden bedrooms adjacent to the unique bamboo gardens and waterfalls. One of the Garden bedrooms features two queen beds while the other bedrooms have kings.

Spectacular ocean and mountain views abound at Villa Esplendora. The home features all natural granite, marble and local canterra stone throughout the nearly 8000 square feet of living and entertaining area decorated by one of the premier designers of the region. The Villa is fully equipped with and features:

* Infinity Pool (heated in winter months).

* Large Outdoor Jacuzzi for 10.

* Staff including Maid, Houseman and Cook.

* Three Oceanfront Master Suites, king beds.

* Each Suite with private Jacuzzi.

* Garden Bedroom with king.

* Garden Bedroom with two queens.

* Air Conditioning throughout entire villa.

* Outdoor BBQ and Wet Bar.

* Full Modern Kitchen and Utensils.

Our rates include preparation of two meals per day (except Sunday). You pay for the food and our friendly staff does the shopping and preparation from a menu selection or from any special requests. Just let our staff know what you want and it will be there the following morning. Prior to departure, let us know of any food or

beverage requests and they will be there when you arrive.

ROOM DETAILS

Master Suites - There are three ocean front master suites with spectacular panoramic views. Retractable doors open up these rooms to the sky and ocean and all three enjoy the comfort of king beds and private baths in addition to Jacuzzis perched on private balconies.

Bamboo Garden Bedrooms - Bamboo gardens and cascading waterfalls lead guests to these cozy private bedrooms in the interior of the home, one equipped with a king bed and the other with two queens, both with private baths.

Dining/Kitchen/Family Room - The grand staircase leads to this area where the kitchen, dining room, island bar and family room all blend together to make entertaining easy and enjoyable. This area seamlessly opens to the huge pool terrace area through open retractable doors.

Pool Terrace - The pool terrace features a large infinity pool, 10 person Jacuzzi, dining palapa, barbeque, rotisserie and wet bar. The pool is bookmarked by two fountains and fire pits that provide warm atmosphere. Speakers located on the pool terrace connect to the whole house sound system.

* 7th and 8th person at - $175 per person per night
* 9th and 10th person at - $125 per person per night
* 11th and 12th person at - $75 per person per night

  My wife, three children (11, 9 and 7) spent a remarkable 10 days here with another family. The home is amazing. Spacious, spectacular view, dolphins hunting in the bay, all the amenities. The staff are more than amazing. Sergio and the team ensure that your every need is looked after. Activities are arranged that you probably wouldn't find on your own. The chef took our 7 year old's request for breakfast and a fresh chocolate cake awaited us. Snorkelling, zip lining, lounging by the pool, massages and pedicures on the deck. I could go on and on.
