Chef Martin will prepare three exquisite meals per day, seven days per week. Guests may select from the extensive menus available, create custom menus or choose to be surprised and delighted by the chef’s creations based on the day’s market bounty. Although many outstanding restaurants are just minutes away, most guests prefer to bask in the luxury of the villa and enjoy cuisine that is equal to Puerto Vallarta’s most distinguished establishments.
For guests with an interest in the cuisine of Mexico, Chef Martin is happy to guide shopping trips to local markets where he selects the finest ingredients for his dishes. Cooking classes, demonstrations and wine and food pairings are all available to Casa Dos Cisnes’ guests upon request.
Seamless Indoor and Outdoor Living
Built around a central courtyard, and encompassing four levels, Casa Dos Cisnes boasts thirteen rooms, including five unique and beautiful bedrooms.
The master retreat has its own level, with en suite bathroom with rain shower and Jacuzzi bath, private terrace with gas fireplace, and retreat room with Bose home theatre and 47” TV. Four other bedrooms on two levels include three king bedrooms and one with two queen-sized beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature ceiling fans.
The home also features an elegant dining room which accommodates stylish service for twelve, a magnificent living room with fireplace, a terrace sitting and dining area, an informal library, an exercise room and a large media/entertainment room.

Casa Dos Cisnes is a high-end, luxury villa and our number one priority at Casa Dos Cisnes is the comfort, security, and privacy of our guests. Guests inquiring about the villa have from time to time expressed concerns over safety in Mexico based on news reports they have read. While Puerto Vallarta is very safe, we have installed an alarm system which includes security cameras aimed at access points of the house. The cameras are only located at entrances and exits to the property as well as the staircases by which an intruder could access the villa's various levels. There are no cameras in the guest quarters themselves nor do the cameras view guest activities in public areas of the house other than the access points noted above. The security system is the same as those used by destination hotels and other luxury properties in Mexico, the U.S., and elsewhere in the world and provides for monitoring of access points in the case the alarm system is activated. In no case are guest activities viewed unless they trip the alarm system. As owners, we frequently stay at the villa and would be equally concerned if our privacy would be easily violated by the security cameras; please be assured that the cameras are only there for guest safety. In addition to the security system, we provide live-in household staff, who both serve the guests during the day and evenings and ensure that the property is properly secured daily. We apologize if the security system caused you concern or if the above was not adequately explained during your stay. We hope that you will reconsider staying at Casa Dos Cisnes and would welcome additional comments and concerns.

Response from the owner Clark, Thanks for your comments. Our staff was thrilled to have you as our guests and they would love to welcome all of you back. I thought it might be helpful to clarify your comment about our hot water system for other guests. The villa has hot water throughout the day 24/7 but it can take longer for the hot water to arrive in certain bathrooms as the villa is quite large. The hot water circulation pump you referred to was designed into the house so that during peak hours, hot water should arrive relatively quickly throughout the villa. The peak hours can easily be adjusted per any particular guest’s wishes and you just have to ask the houseman or our manager. We will investigate why some showers did not seem to be heating up – we’ve never heard that from guests before and technically seems impossible if there’s hot water in the sink of the same bathroom since the sink and shower plumbing is one and the same. We also wanted to note that for guests that don’t want to drive, taxis are very inexpensive and readily available within minutes to the door of the villa as there’s a taxi stand at the entrance to our neighborhood. Our staff will be happy to call for taxis for you.
