Casa Aventura is one of the classic resort villas built in Conchas Chi...nas during Vallarta's jet-set age of the 1970's. This exclusive multi-level property was designed with contemporary Mexican architecture, featuring natural rock walls, cupulas, marble tile and winding stairways that lead to private terraces, 3 separate living areas and spacious bedrooms. The villa features several entertaining areas, including a separate common area and kitchen for the lower bedrooms.

Casa Aventura is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in upper Conchas Chinas, about a mile south of Old Town.

Puerto Vallarta lies along Banderas Bay, the second largest bay in the Western Hemisphere. It is located 352 kilometers (219 miles) from Guadalajara, the state capital of Jalisco, and it is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range. The region has many forests, rivers and waterfalls, with an average temperature of 27°C (80°F).

Of its many attractions, Playa Mismaloya – which gained fame from the film "The Night of the Iguana" – is a popular celebrity hangout. The impressive rock formations of Los Arcos emerge from the bay's crystalline waters, which are great for diving and discovering incredible underwater mountains and steeps. The city hall has murals painted by Manuel Lepe, and the Malecon (sea wall) is adorned with romantic bronze sculptures. Downtown streets offer shops and galleries that sell local paintings and sculptures. The city, known for its top-notch services, also has golf courses, boutiques and a marina.

In Puerto Vallarta you can enjoy the exquisite regional cuisine of Jalisco and the terraces of open-air restaurants, where you can watch cruise ships roll in as you take in an incredible sunset.

Sport fishing is just one of many activities you can do during your stay in Puerto Vallarta. Each year, during the month of November, the International Sailfish Fishing Tournament takes place.   We had such a great time at Casa Aventura... the house was ready for us when we got there... the pictures did not do it justice, its a truely beautiful house... Rosa and Heime were waiting for us too. They took such good care of us for the weekend... they truely made our stay relaxing, and easy, and made sure we were well fed and hydrated the whole time.   I can't say enough great things about Casa aventura. It is located in Conchas Chinas, only a five minute drive from the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Perched up on the side of a hill, the view of Banderas Bay is amazing. The very spacious patio and pool area overlook the view with plenty of room for relaxing in the sun. The absolute best part of staying at Casa aventura is Rosa who cooks the most delicious meals, Carlos who makes the best margaritas and micheladas, and alvina who keeps the place immaculate. Casa aventura is truly heaven on earth!
