It does not get any better than this. There is a fully equipped marina filled with charter fishing captains literally a 50 yard walk away. Two very nice restaurants right there. The view in the morning is exquisite with a hazy mountain background behind the city of Puerto Vallarta. At night, the city lights up and there is the gentle twinkle of the red and green channel markers. The owner does everything to make sure everything is perfect. it has its own pool terraced hammock area rolling down to the beach.

Hi Joni,
We had a fantastic time at the villa and it was everything we hoped it would be. The pool was sparkling clean and we spent a lot of time just swimming and relaxing by it. My fourteen month old grandson could not get enough of the pool and cried every time we got him out. We cooked several of our meals at the villa but having restaurants within walking distance was an added bonus. We took a long walk along the beach and it was so cool to see the many species of birds flying around us. It was definitely one of the best vacations I've had in a long time and hopefully we'll be visiting again in the not too distant future.
Thank you so much for making this such and easy and wonderful experience for all of us. I definitely give the villa 5 stars!!

The grounds, upon arrival, were beautiful and impressive. Once inside, the interior of the home was gorgeous! Lots of windows with a view to a beautiful pool and the trees and ocean beyond that. Very luxurious! The bedrooms were spacious and private. The cleaning service was very thorough and discreet. Never felt intrusive. I loved the beautiful home and scenery with this rental. I felt very pampered and very priviledged!

We stayed here with our two children and a friend and her two kids. We were very happy with the house. It was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the pool looks over the water. As you look out you see sail boat and fish boats. The master bedroom is large and walks out to the pool. With in an hour of our arrival we were greeted by her manager to answer any questions we had. There is many brochures and such with information about what to do, where to go and where to eat. There is many different little towns to see. We rented a car and saw many places. The kids were never bored and say to this day it was the best vacation they have ever had. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan on visiting again.

The owner of this property was very polite and tended to our needs very well. The home was great all around. It was very clean and maintained very well. It really impressed me and it made the stay very enjoyable. The location is in a prime spot. With shopping, food, the beach, and many other things in walking distance, it really made things easy. The beach is right out the patio door and the house offers a great view of the ocean. I liked the pool area a lot and spent most of my time there. It was really a great experience and I am looking forward to going back.

The view from the villa was spectacular with the ocean, mountains, Puerto Vallarta in the background and every day was a beautiful sunny day in the 80's. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities including a pool and a hammock for an afternoon nap. Visited the marina and went into Puerto Vallarta for some shopping and dining. An excellent romantic getaway.
