Casa Carmelina is located in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta's most exclusive residential area, one mile south of the center of town. Overlooking the bay, this mexican colonial style villa is ideal for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms all with king sized beds (one bedroom can be made into two twins) each opening onto a large terrace with a tiled pool, 4.5 bathrooms, Palapa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and bar. When you first get here Lucio welcomes you and shows you your room. you are able to pick from the menu what you prefer to eat for Breakfast and Dinner and there are wonderful appetizers too. We chose traditional homemade guacamole salsa and chips. I could not even explain how wonderful everything is if I tried. The pool is wonderful. We sat by the pool all morning and then we would go to town and make sure we were back for appetizers and then go out and roam at night till about 9-10 pm. Lucio, Ramona, and Margerita are the most wonderful people in the world. Lucio speaks great english and he can tell you what cab to take, what bus to take, just everything, what aTM to use.
I cannot wait to come back again. The other thing to know is Puerta Vallarta has the most special people . Everyone is so polite and gracious. I have never felt uncomfortable or more cared for on any vacation.
I cannot wait to come back with friends and reccomend to everyone I know and love -

We stayed for 4 days and had so much fun. Exceptionally clean , food was excellent , Lucio , Romana and Margareta were so helpful , Great pool , will go back same time next year , highly recommend this house. Good value for the price ,
