Casa de la Hoja is so conveniently located. Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, walk downtown to shopping and world class restaurants in just minutes. A short distance outside the properties main gate is a bus stop for Puerto Vallarta's Public transportation. Or you can easily catch a Taxi.
Norma, the Maid and Memo the Moso (houseman) are the properties most valuable asset,They arrive at the house 6 days a week to pamper you.
Casa de la Hoja,a traditional Vallarta style home, also includes a separate Casita (apartment) on the grounds. Both feature red tile roof and whitewashed walls. Nestled in the exclusive Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta's beautiful South Shore. Your stay will include full use of Casa de la Hoja, and Casita your complete home in Vallarta, featuring private pool and two wet bars, three bedrooms, four beds, with three king size beds, and a Queen size bed located in the Casita's loft. The Casa de la Hoja with the Casita has four baths, and complete kitchen. (smaller kitchen in the Casita) You can watch whales, dolphins and exotic birds, from every level of this Villa. There are private spaces to read a good book, or open terraces in which to spend your days lounging and relaxing.
The Villa can also be booked in conjunction with its sister Villa, Casa Owaissa Flipkey # (385736) located next to the property, forming a compound of five bedrooms, six beds and six bathrooms.
