Great location, uncomfortable accomodations. This house is run down, dark, and not well-kept. It is not reflective of this management company's other nice properties. The service is excellent but the house is not well-kept. There is indeed a sloth that lives in the yard, and we got to see it on one occasion, which was an exciting part of our visit.

Response from the manager:
I would not say that this house is run down but very rustic. Still lovely, fresh and kept as much as we can. See other posts.
It has a lot of windows and doors [ security reasons] so lots of opening and closing but once everything is opened it is lively and far from dark.
Huge house allowing big group of people, far away from other houses so if the music is too strong, the sloth won't bother...... -

Calgary AlbertaAn authentic experience from warm friendly outlook to laid back

The location is ideal for the traveler that wants to explore some of the best beaches in the world. The area does yield an authentic experience from warm friendly outlook to laid back good all around.
Casa Peresoza is a reasonably maintained house providing what might be considered an average accommodation, but the setting and location make it very worth while to revisit.
Yard maintenance was well looked after and the maid service was excellent. Some repairs were required in regards to the house and the service to repair the problem was well above average.
