"cheznoeleen" is is an old winemakers house situated in the delightful medeival village of Puisserguier. The house hs been sympathetically restored maintaining many original features including magnificent tiled floors throughout. Private walled garden with ancient vines.

Puisserguier is a classic medeival French village surrounded by vineyards, situated between Bezier and Narbonne. Nearest beach Valras 20 minutes away. Skiing 1 hour. Great location to discover the region, 1 hour to Carcassonne, 1 hour to Montpellier and approx 1 hour to Spain.
The village has all modern conveniences, 2 boulangeries, supermarkets, bank, atm machine, post office, tabac, restaurants and bars, butchers, and Friday market.
"Cheznoeleen" is situated in a quiet street with parking outside. The canal du midi is minutes away where one can hire bicycles, boats or just take a canal trip. Great cycling along the canal or through the vineyards. Great local walks in the vineyards or in the wooded hills surrounding the village.
Golf available in the summer.

Guests are expected to return the property cleaned to the same standard for future guests, if this is not possible please advise and cleaning can be arranged on departure. Charges will depend on the time required to clean the property for incoming guests. Please ask for details if you think this may be a requirement.

65€ for first two guests per night, additional 10€ for any additional guests per night.

  Stayed with Noeleen on a wine buying trip from australia. Noeleens knowledge of the wine and food of the area made the week there brilliant. She was able to direct me to both wineries and restaurants i would not normally have found. House is spacious and recently renovated, lovely court yard to sit in and enjoy a drink and some of the local cheese and olives at the end of the day. I believe Chez Noeleen is available as bed and breakfast or as hire the whole house. Noeleen was also converting a new wing with a self contained flat. Places to visit are Carcasonne, Beziers, Montpellier. You are couple of minutes from Canal Du Midi. A must is a visit to the Pattiserie in Capestang only a couple of minutes away. Its just a great area to explore. And best of all is the local knowledge available from a lovely host.
