Appartment A1 (2+2 persons) is newly renovated in year 2012, it is situated in the ground floor our our family house but with the separate entrance. It has one bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom, kithcen and living room where there is a comfortable sofa for 2 persons. This appartment has little nice terrase in the garden surrounded by the mediteranian plants and palm trees.

The nearest beach, rocky one, is only 1,5 km away (beach called "Golden Rocks"), while the most popular touristic zone "Verudela" is only 2 km away from our house. Here you have plenty of beaches, mainly with the little stones, and many entertainment activities for you and for your kids.
City center is 1,5 km away, there is a local bus driving every day, there are also pizzerias, restaurants around.
There a few small grocery shops 100 m away, and some of big shopping centers are cca. 2 km away.

The above mentioned prices include: rent of the appartment, internet, usage of the swimming pool, bed linens, sheets and towels (changed weekly), air-conditioning and the final cleaning-up of the apartment.
Tourist tax is to be paid at arrival, 1 EUR per day per adult, 0,5 EUR per day per kid 12-18 years.
During the main seasons (01.06. – 31.08.2012.) the check in/out is prefferable on Saturdays, while in the other periods it isn't fixed to a specific day.
Departure time: Saturdays latest at 10:00 am
Arrival time: Saturdays after 14:00 pm
