Appartment A2 (4+1), modern and spaceous, with the view to the mediteranian garden, ideal for a family vacation! It is located on the first floor of our private house, but with its own entrance, it has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other one with 2 beds, bathroom, and comfortable fully equipped kitchen and spaceous living room in one place where there is a sofa for extra 1 person, there is air-conditioning in it.
The appartment has nice little terrace with the view to the garden, and there is a brbique place for use.

The nearest beach, rocky one, is only 2,0 km away (beach called "Golden Rocks"), while the most popular touristic zone "Verudela" is cca 2,5 km away from our house. Here you have plenty of beaches, mainly with the little stones, and many entertainment activities for you and for your kids.
City center is cca 2,0 km away, there is a local bus driving every day, there are also pizzerias, restaurants around.
There a few small grocery shops 100 m away, and some of big shopping centers are cca. 2 km away.

The above mentioned prices include rent of the appartment, internet, usage of the swimming pool, bed linens and towels (changed weekly), air-conditioning and the final cleaning-up of the apartment.
Tourist tax is to be paid at arrival, 1 EUR per day per adult, 0,5 EUR per day per kid 12-18 years.
During the most importants seasons (01.06. – 31.08.2012.) the check in/out is prefferable on Saturdays, while in the other periods it isn't fixed to a specific day.
