Our apartments have been awarded with the Domus Bonus Certificate for Best Quality Accommodation in Istria for more than a decade. This award is conferred by The Istrian Tourist Board to the very best apartments in Istria who comply with the demanding quality and aesthetic criteria required to obtain it.

This modern designed and comfortably equipped apartment is ideally located for a relaxing holiday. It is situated just 5 min walk from the most beautiful beaches of Pula and 15 min walk from the major attractions of the city center (you would prefere to avoid going by car to the city center during summer as there is never parking available).

This unique and charming apartment, with fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms (with Jacuzzi bath) and spacious bedrooms, has been tastefully furnished with your home comforts and requirements in mind.

The large and beautiful garden features a Swimming Pool, an Outdoor Jacuzzi, Sun-beds, Umbrellas and Barbecue Facilities, while being surrounded by greenery.

If you are arriving by car, there are plenty of Parking Spaces free of charge in the immediate surroundings of the house!

The apartment includes all the comforts you need, such as Air-conditioning, Satellite TV, and Free wireless Internet access. All the extra expenses are already included in this price: tourist tax, utilities, use of washing machine g.

If you are coming with your kids, we have plenty of Water Toys we will be happy to borrow you!

Our guests are provided with towels & bed linen upon arrival which are changed weekly for longer stays.

OUR HOUSE:

Our guests come from all around the world. Some of them keep coming to our house for more than a decade.

Hermanni House is situated in a quiet and safe residential area of the city of Pula, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 from the city center.

In the immediate surroundings of the house, you will find plenty of local restaurants to choose from, grocery shops, a post office, a bank and a medical center….An ideal location for a relaxing holiday!

Out property includes three self-catering apartments equipped to a very high standard awarded with Domus Bonus Quality certificate and surrounded by greenery.

Each spacious apartment has its own private entrance and a large terrace.

The beautiful garden rich in Istrian plantings such as lavender, oregano, rosemary, sage, mint, mandarin and lemon trees etc. invites guests to relax while enjoying the warm Istrian sun. This one features a swimming pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, several sun-beds, umbrellas and barbecue facilities.

One child under 2 years of age goes free (per apartment).
